Worst service.
No response, the order placed was for a product and totally a different product was sent. The order took 12 days to receive and finally found it was wrong. Contacted via WhatsApp and customer service, has been 10 days no response.
Never buy any products from vynam. This seems to be a fraud site.
I ordered my saree online. They said saree is out of stock and after a month they said it was delivered. I didnt get any product. When i asked about shipping details, they stopped responding. If you buy anything from this cheating people, you lose your money. Dont buy from this fraud website
I did order a saree in Vynam.com a week ago. I was constantly updating in whats app about my order. They did deliver on time and the saree quality was just as it was in the picture. Very trusted service and no compromise on quality. This is my 6th time buying from Vynam so far. Always had best experience. Will refer to any one any time
Purchased a banaras silk sarees for a wedding function. Very happy they delivered on time. Only thing i need to suggest to vynam improve interms of proper intimation of customer whether they are available at destination or not. Little tensed on that delivery day without intimation.

FRAUD
Horrible customer service, want to file a complaint against them, have taken the money but havent delivered the product. They dont resond quickly and one has to follow up everyday. Neve trust them. Pathetic pathetic people.
I ordered a Ikkat saree for 3800 and they sent a dupatta. They had not mentioned in website that its a dupatta and now they are not accepting returns.
I ordered an other saree for 1850 along with the above purchase. They said its out of stock after 2 weeks and have not returned my money yet. I placed the order around december mid. And till now they did not call me back. They don't pick customers call too. Worst service to customers I have ever seen.

Don't get attracted by colorful sarees they post on facebook.
If you want to buy, help those poor weavers available online and on whatsapp and buy there. Do no encourage this website, they cheat big time. If you had a good experience, you just lucked out.
I should have checked the various reviews on google reviews before buying. However, the website looked so real that I didn't suspect anything. However weeks after placing my order I heard nothing back. I emailed them several times and called several times on the number they had provided, but no response. Now I am left with no sari and no refund. I finally got someone who responded to my whatsapp message, but she was of no help either. What the other reviewer said is true. They used to be called Srihita and have terrible reviews on google. Guess the name change was done to move on and catch more unsuspecting people. Really sad that businesses like this cheat people then move on and change their name and then cheat more people.
Good morning MM, you requested for refund with in week of placing order, we already requested it's not possible supplier is shipped the product, once u return the product only we wl refund, daily our customer guys responding your calls and try to convince after you talking so rudly, still we processed your refund, how come it's cheat madam?
Saree was delivered full crushed and was a cotton polyester saree, on the site it mentioned as soft silk saree. When asking them to send me authourisation mail for my return, they said can't accept the return as the material is as per what I paid, we can't give you a higher quality saree in what you paid. And I was not asking that, their site clearly said it is a soft silk saree, their descriptions are misleading and they try to cheat the customers. He even raised his voice telling me that they are trying their best and I am the Only costumer who has a complaint with them! Just take my advice don't buy from them.
Purchased a kanjeevaram silk saree, Happy with the quality and everything. Little bit late in delivery, vynam should concentrate on that to intimate to the customers peroperly. I will recomend to everyone. Thank you
I placed an order on their Website and Ordered a saree and they took the money the next day but they dont respond after that. I feel like we should place a complaint against them for taking the money and not delivering the product. I would give 0 stars... but this review requires atleast 1star.

Orderd a kids lehanga for my 8 year old daughter. Initially disppointed by the stock availability information given by customer care. Later i got full information from the vynam designer. Finally quality was good. Ends with a happy shopping.

I ordered for a saree and didn't receive any mail regarding its delivery even after mailing then a couple of times. I tried to contact them but no response. I was worried about my money n searched for reviews on internet. There were morr of bad reviews. And, i was totally upset by seeing all those. I decided that my money was gone. In anger i too had written a review but after that i got a mail from them attaching the dtdc receipt. They posted in just 2 days after i ordered. And, i received the order, it is same as what is displayed on their site. I'm so much relaxed. I loved the saree. Then, they called and confirmed if i received the order. The customer care service was little bit poor but guys plz don't read the reviews n decide. They are not frauds, they are genuine. I feel bad for mistakening them by reviews. They are big time cheaters. They have the worst service. Order a saree online and they came back after two weeks saying that the saree is unavailable and when we asked for refund they stopped responding us. They spam our posts and deleted our comments and reviews on their site. The owner is one irresponsible person who doesnt even care to respond to her customers. Plz plz beware of these fraud people and dont buy. We paid approximately 25k for a nothing. They are big time fraud people.

I ordered kuppada silk, initially I got a intimation that colour I selected is not available. Later I selected one more and which is wonderful and loved the fabric. Also I received it as promised before 13th. Only suggestion is you need to upgrade your website to track the orders and should avoid the orders more than the stock availability.
