I ordered 3 sarees on Vynam online a month back. Still I have not received my order. They said they don't have one item in stock - so I emailed them my alternative choice. They didn't even respond to my email. I am just keeping my fingers crossed. Hopefully I get my orders soon. But I would not recommend them to anyone. Very disappointed. I ordred abt Rs12,000 worth of sarees and paid abt Rs 4000 towards shipping. Inspite of that I didn't get my order in the expected time frame.

I ordered my saree on October 27 2018. Still I didn't get it either saree or money back. What's app number I am chatting about my saree they are still dragging it that choose some other saree from our face book page same thing after you choose not in stock. At last I choose in stock item from their webpage. They always says we will check with vender and update you. But it never happens. But still not in stock they from 5 days they telling to refund money but we will coordinating with accounts department, accounts department is on leave like these dnt ever buy saree from this website or WhatsApp..

They sell crap. Online they show extraordinary sarees but deliver crap. They don't even respond well if we have problem with the saree. I ordered a Banarasi saree worth of 7900 Rs but when in reality u will know it will not even cost 2000Rs.
They never accept returns nor refund money. I received a damaged saree to which they say its weaving. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FRAUDULENT.
This is online fraud site, they never delivered the product and they will say it's problem from shipment. After that they wont respond on phone / what's app or emails.
They wont return money also.

Terrible service. Wrong items and unfinished items are received. Takes more than two months but their website says delivers within 10-12days. They seem to be fraud

Remaining all items were shipped within around of 20 days time as Customization blouses taken time and we have already intimated you the same before you proceeding the order. After delivering the all items you have raised a issue of not doing Fall and Pico for 2 blouses which cost around 250/-Rs. As a result you have raised charge back on your transaction for the total order value of 54925/-Rs which is very unethical. Our team has contacted you several times regarding this matter and they offered you some great discount on your order for the inconvenience caused to you. Yes, there has been a delay in shipping your order. Trust us, neither the same has been intentional nor we believe in such kind of service levels. We too are disappointed and have taken necessary corrective actions to avoid such scenarios in future.
We are not fraud. We are into this business for over 15 years now. Though our intent is always to be at our best, but yes because of some unforeseen scenarios, 2 to 3% of our orders get impacted. We will continuously strive to better our services to avoid such disappointments.

Though we are apologetic for not being able to make you happy, however, we would like to mention that Quality assessment depends on individual's perception at times. We are into this business for over 15 years and we always have 50000+ items on our website. All items are checked thoroughly before being uploaded and also before being shipped out. I have placed an order for a Saree on 16 Jan to gift it to my mother-in-law for her upcoming birthday. After ten days, since I didn't receive any update, I contacted them only to find some strange details that the package is missing in transit and that they were unable to fetch any update from the courier service. Also they ran out of stock for the item I had purchased and were unable to replace it with the same. As it was a birthday gift and I was keen on not missing the date, I agreed to their suggestion of choosing a different saree. However the ordeal didn't end there and it is not delivered till date. For the past two days, their response was that the package is out of delivery. And now they have stopped responding to calls and WhatsApp. I feel duped since I lost my money, went through so much hassle to finally not receive the saree and also highly disappointed to be unable to gift my MIL on her special day. They have shown complete lack of integrity and I would highly warn anyone from shopping here.
Ordered a Pure uppada Saree last week. Very good quality. Vynam having nice collections. Superb. Delivery is also good but communication is not that great. I recommend shopping here. Thank You vynam
This is the damaged product I received from Vynam in January. They did not deliver another saree and they promised for refund which did not happen till today. CHEATERS. This is a fraud business.
I ordered three sarees on this site early in January. But for two months they did not respond or delivered the product. Later in March they delivered one saree and it was damaged. So they promised a refund and it never happened till today. I have all the proofs and chat. I am planning to file a complaint on them.
They are big time cheaters. When they do not have the product available why do they have to process the transaction in the first place? They are used to enjoying free money from customers. I would like to give them a rating but unfortunately I could not on this site.
