Omg I have had a similar problem with this company and it so good to hear the above. Hopefully it will apply to me.

I received my item in january however it was not as expected and I immediately got in touch with the call centre. They told me I had to send an email along with a pic. Anyways I did that but no reply and I wasted so much time in ringing them. The call centre are so unhelpful. Anyways I eventually got a reply from the manager with a returns address. He stated that I could either have an exchange, a refund or for them to make alterations and send product back.
I stated that due to having so much trouble with this company I no longer want to purchase anything and want a full refund.
I heard nothing back and again sent numerous emails and made calls but nothing happened.
Then last week, another manager replied to my emails stating sorry for the inconvenience, I will look into your query.

Anyways I know they have received the return because the warehouse where I sent it to as was asked to, tracked the goods for me and said it has reached the company in Delhi, so the question is why I have yet not received a refund.

All those that work in the call centre: Vivek, abhishek, raghav kumar, bhasker, gulshan and rakesh kumar (supposedly the manager) are all a bunch of liars. These names they gave are probably false.

People DO NOT BUY ANYTHING! I think we should do something in order to stop trade in the uk.

DONT be fooled by the proffesional looking site.
At first was treated very well, I placed my order, the money was taken immediately.
They next day they emailed me to ask for my measurements and then the constant asking where my product was began. Asked for my monies back... nothing. Now in the hands of Visa to reclaim money... It would be a crime to run a company like this in UK.
AVOID AVOID AVOID unless you want to waste alot of time for nothing!

AFTER 3 MONTHS OF EMAILS AND GETTING BARCLAYCARD VISA FRUAD TEAM INVOLVED. TODAY I RECEIVED MY ITEM WHICH WAS BEAUTIFUL.
IT IS SUCH A SHAME THEY OBVIOUSLY HAVE A DODGY BUSINESS AS WHEN IT ARRIVED THE STANDARD OF WORK WAS FANTASTIC.

STILL BEE VERY AWARE THOUGH.
NOW FIND MYSELF ON THE CHARGEBACKERS LIST BECAUSE I STOPPED THEIR MONEY. HOWEVER WHEN I EVENTUALLY GOT ITEM 3 MONTHS LATE I REPAID THEM AND THEY TOOK MONEY.

SO NOT ONLY ARE THEY NOT GOOD ON SUPPLY GOODS THEY BLACKED YOUR NAME FOR ALL TO SEE.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I know have a solicitors letter from this company threatening me with 10 years imprisonment. Stating I am a thief and a fraud. I have documentary evidence this was paid and contacted them numerous times with this proof and they still keep on.

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

They: we despatch on friday so it will be with you monday ad courier will pick up tomorrow

After 2weeks

Me: where is my order
They: will be with u tresday

Me: but I have not given u my order number or nsme yet - how can u then
Advice me

They: hmmmm

Me: my nymbrr is o*******
They: will be with u Mon
Me: can I hsve a tracking number and when was it despatched

They: actually its with the courier and they have some issues
Me: well how will I then receive on monday?

They: hmmmm

Me: scammers ' I want my money back now
