It was not my first time, si I have good experience.
Sometimes it gets confusing but I like the app. I'd like the discounts and then let me know through the app with the status is.
It was very clear, with payment part was a little tricky because of the credit cards type but the page it's very clear with instructions

We paid for a flight to Orlando and then it never processed. Tried contacting customer service. Nothing.
