I quickly and easily booked my flight at a very competitive price
Booking a trip to Europe with eDreams was quick and easy. I liked the tools they provided for booking and following up on your trips.
Honestly the worst experience of my entire travel life. I have travelled for many years and used many different airlines and agencies and never experienced such a level of incompetence.
Edreams changed my flight to a new time that did not suit me and so I advised them immediately that I would need an alternative option. They said they would offer me this and it would all be sorted. The agent then mistakenly confirmed this new incorrect flight and so my flight never got changed as was discussed. This was months ago and I have called I would say close to 20 times since, holding for usually 40 minutes before they even answer the call and then reciting the same story over and over again to a new agent who has no record of all of the prior calls. The last call I made I actually ended up in tears out of frustration, anger and desperation when the agent asked me to recite the story once again and passed me around to 3 other departments.
I have never made a complaint in my life but I feel like I am close to having a nervous breakdown right now and feel so upset that I cannot seem to get this simple request sorted, which was actually their mistake in the first place! I have just never in my life experienced such a low level of customer service and it has seriously impacted my whole holiday as I feel too anxious at this stage to even go when they just cannot seem to rectify this.
I would never, ever recommend eDreams to anyone, as it is just not worth the level of stress you will face if any small change needs to be made, or in this case if you need to try and fix a mistake that they made!
Really, truly the most disappointing experience I have ever had to have when travelling - save yourself the trouble and do not book through them.

From initial search to confirmation of booking it was a fast and easy booking process. Kept updated regularly.
I had a blunder where I had both easyjet and edreams webpage opened, i couldnt purchase the ticket from easyjet as I forgotten my login password so I purchase the ticket from edreams instead. However when the email came through from edreams, an booking confirmation from easyjet also came through at the exact same time, so I thought the easyjet glitched and i ended up buying two tickets from two websites.
As such, i ended up cancelling my easyjet ticket immediately and was charged a £50.cancellation fee, then promptly phoned easyjet to ask if I can have that £50 fee refunded due to double booking.
Turn out i did NOT double book, the easyjet confirmation was actually from Edreams! Its so just happen edreams sent one email with a different booking reference code and easyjet sent another email with a completely different reference code.
So then I had to buy the exact same ticket I cancelled at the same price separately.minus the £50 cancellation fee.
It was my fault. But getting separate emails with two different reference code at the exact same gime made.me think that I bought two tickets due to an internet glitch.
Every thing was perfect,I hade three issues
1 confirmation of my preservation was way too late
2 it was not clear that I dont have cheked in baggage untile it was too late
I am 61 and don't understand mobile phones and internet. My Spanish son (16) made the flight reservations.
Good apart from accidentally booking prime and finding it very awkward to cancel but got it done eventually

Poor service via telephone. Persons English very poor didn't understand what I was saying. Hung up the phone
Booking was relatively simple. Just confusing when it came to adding luggage but I finally worked through it.
Nice easy flight purchase. Number of emails are maybe a little overboard but overall an nice pleasant transaction

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
