It was easy to book flights but I am having a terrible problem making a paper copy to carry with me. I probably won't use United again due to this problem.

The booking was clear for me this time but I didn t get my 20€ off even entering my code promo.
I have it still on my car hiring but I don t need a car neither a hotel.
I did not get my flight ticket and my flight is tomorrow morning
1. Air ticket invoice paid, please send to me this paid confirmation.
2. Impossible to book seats. We two passengers want to sit side by side, A and B seats or opposite side to window, as E and F.
It is with much disappointment that I have to inform you that I really can't digest weird eDreams Customer Support responses regarding my refund status.
As per eDream policy I deserved a full refund for eDreams accommodation confirmation number: **************.
In the first place, One of the eDreams customer support person(Aitihya) shared an email with me saying that they didn't find my accommodation booking reference number. Also Aitihya stated that it's not refundable however during my booking confirmation its clearly mentioned that it's 100% refundable if I cancel before certain date.
Secondly, after 2 weeks, I got a response from the eDreams customer support person(Siddharth) saying that they found accommodations booking reference numbers and escalated to the accounts department.
A few days later, I got one more email eDreams customer support person(Mohammed) saying that I have to reach out to Booking.com for my refund. He provided me Booking.com contact no *******004 in the email to get my refund. As per Mohammed's suggestions, I called Booking.com and they said we don't have such booking details and any partnering with eDreams.
Then I called ******* eDream Customer Support, and one lady attended the call from eDreams Hotel Dept. She shared a weird statement saying that they don't have such a booking reference number.
She transferred my call to another department, which said the refund was already initiated on 17th July. However I haven't received a refund so far.
I am sorry for this unfortunate news that it's pathetic & poor customer service from eDreams.
For luggage there is only option for check-in but no option for cabin bag. It only says small bag.but in other sites cabin bag is also option which can be selected
So I book on line to fly out of a Canadian air port the price was around 4400 dollars if find out it was charged in USA dollars also I was sent a email that my flight from Kelowna to Bangkok was declined but I have a confirmed flight from Bangkok back to Kelowna so I cancelled now the refund price I am getting back is 1918.27 what happened to the *******.00 i don't understand why this is also I wasn't able to have any human contact no body would call me back as too what was happening

HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I made the mistake of purchasing airline tickets from this company using google flights as they were listed. They are based in Spain. The airline I bought offers free cancellations related to COVID issues which i tried to do. Airline stated I had to contact edreams to cancel given they bought the tickets. THEY REFUSED TO REIMBURSE ME AND DO NOT HONOR THE SAME CANCELLATION POLICY AS THE AIRLINE TICKET I BOUGHT!? STAY AWAY! Given i am a heavy social media tech expert, those folks to not realize how much business they are going to loose given the mass posting they will receive. More than the $100 bucks i lost. Dont Mess with Texas!

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
