They overcharged me! I clicked on a payment of around 230 CHF, but the next page told me that I have been charged 290 CHF (while the original airlines website had it for 260 CHF). If this is not a credit card fraud, then what is? And apparently, there is nothing I can do about it! After waiting on the queue for more than half an hour, they told me to see if I myself can cancel the tickets from the original airways website, but they will keep their fee of 50 CHF for themselves anyway! I could not do that anyway. Then they told me to "find claim form" and "file a claim" on the website, but there is no such thing as "claim form" or any page or link having "claim" on it. Then I had to wait another half an hour to be told where that "claim" form is! Apparently, I should have known that "We want to hear from you" is universally known to be "claim form"! I have claimed my money back by attaching screenshots of my browser showing that my browser was showing that 230CHF. And yet nothing has happened.
I have made 2 orders: 1. Tel Aviv - Rome and 2. Milan - Tel Aviv. But in my account i can see only the second Milan - Tel Aviv. Please, add the first order Tel Aviv - Rome to my account also. Regards
I signed up to E dreams prime and finding it very difficult to cancel my subscription. Can't seem to phone them, message them or contact them. Bit disappointed.

I booked a flight from Dublin to Ho Chi Minh with edreams which was cancelled due to snow. The airlines were unable to rebook the flights for me as I booked through edreams so I was advised to contact Edreams so that they could reschedule. So far I have made 43 phone calls (to their international phone number in india) and have been left on hold for 1 hour and 6 minutes for one call 57 minutes for another call never mind the rest! I was supposed to fly 4 days ago and Edreams are refusing to reschedule my flight. They are lying saying that British airways are refusing to reschedule it when in fact I have phoned british airways directly myself who have told me there is absolutely no problem rebooking once edreams contact them! Absolute joke of a company, time wasting, money grabbing scammers with the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with I will NEVER attempt to use them again and would advise everyone else to AVOID THIS SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
Using eDreams often and they have been providing all my ticket in timely manners beyond my expectations and also have been enjoying discounts every time I do booking.

I would like to make reclamation due to the fact that price for my ticket was 329,48 ( tickets: 228,48 + 101 for extra 25 kg baggages) indtead of $ 434,86 that were debited in my bank account
BE AWARE! I paid for refundable tickets + cancellation insurance, now they are claiming I had nonrefoundable ticket! They will offer you cancellation insurance, but under their policy is only 80% of the ticket, not full as advertised, and they will load up the hidden cost so you end up losing more money as tickets are worth! They STOLE 60% of my paid price! AVOID THESE THEAVES! And I traveled half of the world, and never ever saw something like this!
My problem was buying a ticket just before flight. The ticket reference arrived promptly, but the options for baggage arrived too late for the flight. So had to pay three times air fare for one bag.

Overall good. Good prices, although I spent time to get the flights I wanted and I had to do two separate bookings
It was fine. But two different persons booking form different locations got different prices
Everything is good until you get to the end. Every time I've ever tried to book they always claim the price changed during the booking process to try to gouge you for more money.
Edreams took payment for a flight that they did not have tickets for. Its fraud. Customer Service is non existent. I'm trying to get my bank to get a refund. Do not use Edreams.

We booked our trip and hotel and airline the total was charged to my account paid for insurance extra. Once i received a email stating my airline confirmation did not go through. I requested a refund and decided to book directly with the airline and hotel not through 3rd party. I was repeated told I would get a refund once the airline approved checked status and everything was approved but still no refund almost a year later. The only way they will communicate with you is through there chat which is a robot communication. They are a SCAM AND I WOULD SUGGEST STAY AWAY! I WAS CHARGED FOR SOMETHING THEY DID NOT DO QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT REFUSE TO REFUND WHEN THEY CANCEL EVERYTHING OR DONT EVEN COMPLETE THE BOOKING SO NO HOTEL OR AIRLINE WAS EVER BOOKED!

It was easy to book flights but I am having a terrible problem making a paper copy to carry with me. I probably won't use United again due to this problem.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
