I got tickets to from Sacramento to Hakodate Japan. There are two airports in Tokyo.
Going to Hakodate Japan is great connection and seemless.
Coming back to the US could be a challenge since I have to hurry to Narita airport from Haneda.
When I was checking the flight, there was no way to find out this issue since there was no description of which Tokyo airport to connect. I found out that after the payment of the tickets. I have 4 hours of connecting. It can take almost 3 hours to get to Narita airport by limousine service which is supposed to be best way to connect. If there is a delay due to traffic, I will be missing flight to San Francisco.
I am hoping everything works out OK in flight connection. If a things work, this could be a pretty nice connection but I am afraid it may noy.
DO NOT BOOK through eDreams. They should rename the company eNightmares! I book round trip ticket from Denver, CO to Peru. The airlines cancelled the flight from Denver to Mexico City. I have called eDreams several times and they keep putting me off saying they will call me back the next day. I called the airlines and they said the flights have to be rebooked through eDreams. But like I said, I can not get them to rebook the flight for me or give me a refund.

However it was not very clear re hold luggage fees especially when they are two different flights
Was quite surprised that the return flight on KLM charged significant luggage hold fees which was not indicated

BEWARE! Do not use this company at all for booking anything. They do not take responsibility for any services they provide.
They also charge "Mediation Fees" which are non-refundable, even when there is absolutely nothing you can do as a customer.
Here is my example. I booked a flight for 3 people from Montreal to Calgary leaving Feb 15, returning Feb 22nd. BOTH flights were canceled by the airline, with no re-booking until APRIL, 2023... So the airline refunded e-dreams on January 17 2023. I am on the phone with them now, on February 13 2023 still fighting for my refund. BUT WAIT! They are going to give me some refund, but not all of it. Why you ask? Great question. Well it is because... they cannot give a reason whatsoever.
This is a scam service, through and through. They will not give a reason, even a bad one, for not giving me a full refund. I had nothing to do with the cancellation of these flights, yet they are keeping a pile of money, just because. **Update - they are keeping the additional money for, get this... CHECKED BAGS... Checked bags on a flight that no longer exists. Be careful, do not use this company
Purchased a refundable ticket from Edreams' and thought it might be easier with the help of a third party service provided by paying some money. I am totally wrong.
1. Edreams charges you significantly amount money for a refundable ticket ($200 Edreams charge vs $120 ticket price). You would imagine the $80 extra might be the extra cost for the refund. However, when you request refund, they only refund you $100 (Edreams charge you 20% for refundable ticket).
2. Initially I plan to change the flight instead of asking for a refund in order to save the 20% extra charge. The change process is slow and you have to wait for their call in order to make the change. More ridiculously, the agent told me that the flight I selected for change is not available. I checked online immediately and the tickets are still available. I told the agent I can find it online and she simply says no in their system. I then booked the ticket and booked it directly on the airline's website. Not sure what is going on as I literally check the information while talking to the agent. It costs me more to cancel my ticket and book a new one but I have no choice as none of Edream's available ticket can match up with my schedule.
Overall, not sure about other services from Edreams, the refund service is terrible. If you want a refundable ticket, go to the airline's website or other websites.

You are crinminal organization that should be shut down and CEO should end up in jail! You are selling to the people insurance, that cannot be claimed back, since you are using chat bots and having non existing customer service! So basically you are waiting for people to give up and stop trying to claim their refund. THIS IS CALLED THEFT AND PEOPLE WHO STEAL FROM OTHER PEOPLE (in this case Edreams stealing from their own customers) SHOULD FACE LEGAL CONSEQUENCES! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!
Booked flights from ATH to EFL on Nov 18 and discovered in email confirmation that departure times to EFL had changed from what I booked, times were earlier than our arrival at ATH. Immediately contacted eDreams and they said the flights would be refunded so I rebooked the correct times. After two weeks, the airfare was not refunded. Contacted again on Nov 23 and Dec 17 and was continually told the refund would be done in 7-10 days. Still nothing done by Dec 31. Again told the same story. Finally called Jan 4 and was asked to send copies of credit card billing. Today asked to call Customer Service, and they told me eDreams could not do anything, contact the Airlines. Why was this information not given the day I rebooked. The Airlines has not responded.
I strongly suggest not doing business with eDreams as they are very inept in taking care of any issue. The service charge that eDreams charges was refunded, but nothing done about the higher amount of airfare. In addition to this booking, I have booked over $2000 USD with this company. Now I am wondering what kind of other issues I will have with my future travel plans.
My first ticket i bought with insurance for cancellation was not handled professionally. I had to pay extra $233 to change travel date. So insurance was a wasted fund.
It was really easy to make the booking, and also got the booking confirmations very quickly. I am glad to made all the process with a couple of clicks.

EDreams is world's worst e-travel agency. It is very difficult to solve issues with agents because they systematically make it impossible to speak to agents. They offer the online help service to chat with agents but it is also difficult to be connected. Yesterday alone, I tried 3 times with no luck. Even if you get connected with an agent after many attempts, the agents you chat with are just operators. They can't handle anything for you but to report it to the "special team, " which I am beginning to believe that it's just their tactic to make you wait until you give up. I have been trying to solve a refund issue for more than a year. After so much time and energy being wasted, the agent I chatted with offered me a solution, which was to file a formal complaint. I don't know why customers are suggested to spend time to do their job. It is their job to do an internal investigation and sort out issues. Finally, I reported eDreams to the government run agency and a few private agencies because companies like eDreams must be stopped from scamming people. I do NOT recommend eDreams to anyone because innocent, hard-working people cannot be ripped off by companies like eDreams anymore.
I want to share a VERY negative experience about the airline ticket agency eDreams.

The company changes the ticket price at the time of a transaction (a payment).
The price of my ticket was changed 4 times and instead of economy class I was sold business class.
It is not possible to track this, since when paying on the company's website, there is no confirmation of payment by a code: the amount is debited from the bank card automatically (without confirmation).
Immediately after the payment, I contacted the eDreams company, also warned the air carrier company.
The eDreams staff promised me that the money for the ticket would be refunded within 6 months.
For 6 months I was negotiating (contacted about 20 times). But in vain, only promises. The money was not returned in the end.
The air carrier company told me that eDreams had not contacted them all the time to resolve the problem.
I found the eDreams website on the Momondo website.
I think eDreams is ruining Momondo's reputation.
It is now my duty to warn potential eDreams customers of potential eDreams scams.
I plan to post negative reviews on various web-sites and forums for 6 months (exactly as long as eDreams promised to refund my money).
Booked round trip tickets I found on google flights for my family via e-dreams. I was annoyed by all of the additional hidden charges and fees added on but purchased the additional insurance for all three tickets just in case. Needed to change one ticket do to an unexpected passport delay. E-dreams said the only way I could do that would be to cancel all three tickets for an 80% refund. So, an additional $600 on top of the $189 insurance fee. Ended up paying $500 to book the one ticket directly with Delta. When we got to the airport for our flight home, we were informed that we would need to pay an additional $300 for carryon luggage. I checked the eDreams app and emailed itinerary and it showed I hadn't paid for checked baggage (since I wasn't checking baggage) but didn't say anything about carry on. The customer service rep said it didn't show whether or not I had paid for carryon since I didn't pay the extra fee for carry on… huh? Customer service was horrible. They were all very pleasant, but completely unhelpful. Between all of the extra hidden fees, useless insurance, and low quality airline, I would have been way better off buying a refundable ticket from a legit airline. You know, the kind that doesn't charge extra for water, soda, carryon luggage for each leg of an international flight and has working wifi and inflight entertainment. I will never ever purchase anything from eDreams again. Buy direct… it's cheaper in the long run with a lot less headache and heartache.
I bought a plane ticket together with the PREMIUM CUSTOMER SERVICE OPTION, a flexible date insurance and a cancellation insurance.
I tried to discuss the feasibility and price of changing my return ticket but I desisted after WAITING 1 HOUR AND 15 MINUTES and NOBODY PICKING MY CALL.
Good service and great deal. Was so good I ended up booking a flight for my daughter as well. I only gave 4 stars because I wasn't able to apply my $30 voucher

I booked flights for my parents to visit me, their flights got cancelled due to COVID (flights worth £1500), but they gave me a voucher to use up to two years. However, once the voucher came available, I called them hundreds of times to rebook, their agents will repeat the same every single time (you have to wait 72hrs) they always blamed British Airways (the airline) however I have emails from BA telling me it's the travel agent who needs to contact them. Weeks before the expiry date I call them almost everyday, the agents told me there's nothing I can do, they can't book anything because of the airline. Now they emailed me saying the voucher expired and I won't be able to do anything. So, they're basically blaming airlines for this, just so they can keep the money of all those flights that were cancelled due to COVID (which passengers had no control over) DON'T BOOK WITH EDREAMS OR OPODO! They're scammers with no one to help you!
Looking on the internet I found a ticket with this FRAUDULENT company.
I bought a ticket with these EDreams and I regret in a few hours, I tried to cancel. They said no.
My ticket doesn't include my luggage, I HAD TO PAY FOR MY LUGGAGE, the ticket became highly expensive for paying my luggage.
They don't show you anything about that.

On my return, it was a mess, I had to sleep at the airport because they book my returning ticket with United Airlines, the next day, and since 3:20 AM I was at the booth looking for a flight and the company could not find my ticket or itinerary for over 2 hours at the Orlando Airport. Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
