EDreams is world's worst e-travel agency. It is very difficult to solve issues with agents because they systematically make it impossible to speak to agents. They offer the online help service to chat with agents but it is also difficult to be connected. Yesterday alone, I tried 3 times with no luck. Even if you get connected with an agent after many attempts, the agents you chat with are just operators. They can't handle anything for you but to report it to the "special team, " which I am beginning to believe that it's just their tactic to make you wait until you give up. I have been trying to solve a refund issue for more than a year. After so much time and energy being wasted, the agent I chatted with offered me a solution, which was to file a formal complaint. I don't know why customers are suggested to spend time to do their job. It is their job to do an internal investigation and sort out issues. Finally, I reported eDreams to the government run agency and a few private agencies because companies like eDreams must be stopped from scamming people. I do NOT recommend eDreams to anyone because innocent, hard-working people cannot be ripped off by companies like eDreams anymore.
