This has been a nightmare. I booked flight and hotel for my teenage daughter from albuquerque to florida. The flight was canceled. I was able to get her flight changed to the next morning with the airline no problem. I called edreams to change the hotel reservation to which they said I would get a confirmation email within an hour. Several hours later still no email. Called the hotel and they had never changed the reservation. Hotel cant do it, has to be through edreams. Spent 45 minutes on hold only to get hung up on as soon as they answered. Called again spent and hour and 30 minutes on hold for them to tell me it takes 7-8 hours for it to show the changes in the system. The next day my teenage daughter gets to the hotel and the room was never changed. Forked over hundreds of dollars to book with someone else so she wouldnt be stranded. Called edreams who told me there is no manager on the weekends and one would call me monday. By wednesday still have no heard back and I demand a refund. They tell me since it is "after check in time" they are refusing the refund. I called 7 hours before check in time on DAY ONE and had proof of that. They refused my refund and I never did get to talk to a manager. Dont book with them unless you want to lose your money. HORRIBLE
Thanks, but you send way too many emails, I just want the relevant ones and maybe once in a wile an email is ok, but I can't tell which mails are important anymore because I get like 5 mails a day!

Do not make any booking with this company, they are a scam. They never gave me my refund and hard to reach at. Please spread words that this company is a big scam
I bought an airline ticket to Spain and the flight was cancelled almost immediately. I have tried all the numbers and emails and the numbers are disconnected and emails are never answered. Their website is pointless because they will not give you any choices to refund or change the flight.
AVOID THEM AT COSTS IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY!
They said they would refund me in 10 day but there is more the a month and nothing yet. I am very sad because I call them many time I wrote to them, the answer is always the same.
It was so easy to book and pay with my debit card. My flight was confirmed in a short time. I booked the night before my travel and I didn't have any challenges

Found this app very simple to use. Got a great deal on flight very limited on accommodation choices especially when you need it to be in a specific location
I want my refund you scammars i booked a flight with eDreams and went to the airport only to find out there was no ticket booked under my name pay back my money
Tried to explain my problem with the website for new booking and the agent in chat never understood my problem. I finally wound up booking a flight on another travel agent web site
The price is very cheap and has helped us a lot saying that the cost of living has gone up,it was very easy to book and compared to other companies it was the easiest booking i have ever done.

I am a regular flyer to the Netherlands, with my go to airline being KLM.
Mistakenly, I somehow booked via eDreams and reading some of the reviews, plus no affiliation to Atol or ABTA, makes me very concerned about the safety of my booking.

At the end of the booking procedure given the option to do prime at £64 if you don't want it the holiday goes up by £64 anyway. Not very clear and I don't like this practice.
Perhaps this opinion will help those who book flights through Edremas.
As a Prime user, Edreams left me completely alone, there was a problem with my flight and not only was I hurt, but the company referred me to call the airlines directly. They modified my flight without offering me information, refunds or benefits. An expensive flight to fly in 12 hours ended up being modified to reach a forced layover of 11 hours, and the agency took no responsibility.
They do not take care of the corresponding refunds, they do not have a free assistance telephone number, they are not clear in giving the information and in case the flight undergoes any modification, they will leave you alone and without support.
The agents always give incorrect, invalid information and do not solve the problem, forcing you to wait for very long calls and waste time.
An agency that does not work, I recommend taking tickets directly with the airlines or with any other agency, since this does not respect its client, not even being Prime.
One star is a lot

I purchase upto 10 flights a year and booked a return flight with the times and dates I wanted and then found when Edreams had processed it that the return flight was one day later, returning us home two days later! And an overnight flight that I would NEVER book as these are a nightmare. The fare 'type' isn't refundable but they were not able to tell me what fare 'type' I had and I couldn't change the return flight without paying the same amount as I paid to fly both ways. Currently my booking reference number is not working and they have not confirmed my return flight with an airline I would NEVER use! They are con artists! Do not use them!

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
