Overall the app is easy to use, but as I tried the eDreams Prime subscription, I can say that it ain't really worth it the price. I had problems on the app when loading the boarding passes: insead of giving me 4 passes for two passengers and a scale for both, it kept repeating the same two passes for two flights and for only one of the passengers. So I had to go myself on the airline's web and do the check-in to get all the boarding passes.
Also when just wanting to check your trip on the app, it's so annoying always getting the pop-ups of hotel or cars offers on the page, and can't simply see the details of your trip without them covering it.
I just like eDreams for showing more airlines results at once, and the free trial they let you use at first.
Booking my plane ticket online was seamless and hassle-free. The website was user-friendly, with clear options and competitive prices. The process was quick, and I received instant confirmation without any issues. Everything was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend for a convenient and efficient booking experience!
They have the best ticket prices. Their hotel prices are not as competitive, as matter of fact they are higher than Hotels dot com.

Booked a flight from rochester ny to Raleigh nc, immediately got my details and boarding pass after checking in, flight got delayed due to maintainamce issues by 45 minutes but other than that everything was great. Haven't got on the plane at the time of writing this but hopefully we don't crash because this w o old be a very embarrassing 5 star review if we did.
Once I finished the process, including payment. I was notified that the my order was cancelled. Once tried to book again, the same exact offer costed MORE than the first one (~30$ more). This is not right. Thanks, Guy.
I was not told/it was not spelled out that I could not even purchase to bring on a carry on bag. A personal item is allowed but not a suitcase. I wasn't told that. On the regular Spirit website, I was told I could not even buy it! I could only purchase a checked bag allowance - for $80!

I'm used to eDreams for the first time and I'm satisfied with the offer of different services.
I purchased a plane ticket for a good price.
I would like to continue to use it.
Splendid service. Provides all I need for travel in one place. But don't you think in this world of short attention span you should be making forms that can be filled by clicking only?
I got all my details and my documents in time.And it was the cheapest flight with good accomodations.
I looked all over the internet to find the right flight from Nairobi to Dubai.
Saved $100 AND the 4 hours
I booked a flight from Vancouver to Pakistan through eDreams on February 15,2025. During the booking, there was no clear mention that the price was in USD. I assumed it was in CAD since I was booking from Canada. They charged me over $1600 USD, which led to an unexpected deduction of around $1150 CAD from my card. Later, I received a call saying my card didn't have enough balance for the full amount. I immediately requested cancellation over the phone. They assured me it was canceled, but refunded me only around $300, and kept the remaining $790+. I waited 60 days, and now they're claiming I "used the ticket" – even though the ticket was never issued or used. They are now telling me to contact the airline directly, even though I booked through eDreams, and they charged my card, not the airline. I've called and emailed multiple times, but they've stopped responding. This is clear scam behavior. Extremely poor customer service, misleading pricing, and refusal to refund money for a service they never provided. I've already contacted my bank for a chargeback, and I will also be reporting them to consumer protection authorities. Avoid eDreams at all costs. You risk losing your money and getting no support when something goes wrong.

The site was incredibly user friendly, but once I bought the tickets and the money was deducted from my account, I was told to wait for a confirmation and that IF for some reason I wasn't confirmed in 24 hours, than to reach back out to the site. It seems they truly are a middle man and I checked in for my flight early. I was told I'll have my boarding pass "at least 8 hours before my flight departure" and I just don't feel the most confident in that aspect. Otherwise, best deal for a PR flight! Woot woot!

I ordered a return tickets to Bilbao. I couldn't do the check in online for Paris/Bilbao so I missed my plane and I ordered another one much more expensive with EDreams same day 2 hours late. I'm very disappointed!
With the second ticket I could do the check in but still have to go to print the ticket at the airport, apparently an online ticket wasn't available
I lost €200 😢

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
