I am thankful for positive experience due to fast service, low price, quality offer.
When I got to the airport I got charged for some one to read a paper for me as I'm almost blind. The person in the window charged me $37.00 and they couldn't explain to me why. I would not be traveling by this airport again.
Everything was pretty simple and easy, except for one thing - the price of the plane ticket. When I was looking at the times of leave of the planes, and was planing whit my coulege when will he go on the trip, I saw one price of the ticket, and half an hour later that same ticket for that same day and time was 73 euros more expensive.
My experience during booking for my airline ticket was easy and clear understandable, all available information about the booking was verify to me.
But i am still waiting for my boarding pass,which i am yet to received.
I appreciate your company and i wish to do more transaction in the future.

The company is a total scam. After trying to cancel with them within the deadline unsuccessfully, wasting 4.5 hours of my time (6 calls, each time a new representative), they directed me to contact the airline. Play, the airline, refunded me the money the same day and confirmed via email (attached is their email). Contacted eDreams via their chat and 45 minutes later they asked me to email them and they would refund me within 2 weeks. I did on 5/11 and as of 5/27, they hadn't. I called again and they asked me to "kindly wait 72 hours". When asked when, exactly, they replied "kindly wait 72 hours." When I asked if they meant by May 31st, they replied "kindly wait 72 hours" over and over (chat log attached). Until I finally gave up. BEWARE!
I used this program for the first time last year. There was a problem with the ticket I bought from Nordwind airlines. That's right, the money I paid was refunded. I hope I won't encounter a problem this time and will make my flight on time.

I am in South Africa and needed to change my flight back to the UK. I made the change on line and the system said they would confirm the new booking in 2-4 hours.
After five hours I called but could not get through. Called again at 0330 UK time phone answered. I was told that they had not contacted me because I was 'Out of Time Zone.
They would look into to it in the next two hours.
Called again at 0800 told it would get sorted in 18 hours.
Spoke to a supervisor. He took my number said they were working on it and he would call me back in less that two hours time.
Nothing
Six hours later and after a 52 minute call they said they would action it now and someone would call me back k in five minutes.
Nothing.
I really though the time of fobbing clients off had gone in the 1990s. I wouldn't think I will ever use them again. Simply too difficult to deal with.

I have been waiting for over a month for a refund of $2300 Canadian... I've called and spoke to a bunch of different people now they have gonna very rude and hang up on me... their number is 1 they 613 sent 366 me 4297 they sent me an email saying the airlines would not refund my money. I called the airlines and they said they have nothing to do with the refund because I didn't purchase the tickets through them. I called the company back and they said we're not an airlines and to that I said your the company I bought my tickets from. They said they wouldn't give me anything and closing down the company wouldn't get my money back
The booking experience overall was easy. However, I don't know if you have any policy behind this. As in the airline company the ticket was triple of the price. I am bit concerned if i will have trouble on the check-in. As i had with ryanair i couldn't do online check-in as the ticket was locked by Opodo and ryanair would not let me check-in due to customer identification as the ticket was bought by the third party.

After I have received the tickets I asked for check-in. It was done in some time and the boarding passes have been sent to me later. But when I went to the airport I couldn't scan this boarding pass. I had to ask for a help from the staff. It took some time to deal with is and finally I have received the very last seat in the airplane. But I was not explained why this happened and why I couldn't have the seat that was indicated on the boarding pass.
They didnt make troubles. Was very smooth. Flight was even ready before time. No stupid waiting times. Everything went quickly. No troubles to my baggage. They were very friendly and responsive to my needs.

Please do not book through these scamsters,they will they will botch up your bookings, I booked thourgh these cheaters for my holidays & untill the last moment they had no courtesy to inform me that the booking is not conformed.I had to rebook with very very high fares, my budget holiday I had planned for nearly a year back was a total disaster,they are not ready to pay for any compensation.Please people kindly do not use these cheaters again.
It is a very good and easy to book,and also eDreams makes it easier for the customers to book it
As ai stated before, prices are weird when it comes to Edreams, with or without Prime, same prices, and sometimes even more expensive with Prime or just a few cents or little euro's cheaper, not worth it to be honest.
Also, sometimes we find these same flights cheaper elsewhere, the booking fees through Edreams is just too much sometimes, not worth it when sometimes it can be cheaper on their own sites.
Just wish Edreams could make prices more accessible (since they're know for being the 'cheapest' options out there), not really anymore, at least from what I experience.
We looked for flights to New York, within the same hour prices changed really strangely, it was sometimes under €400, sometimes a tint bit higher, and then we ended up with the highest, NOT RIGHT!
Anyway, I'll still keep on purchasing through Edreams but from now on whenever I find a cheaper option, I won't hesitate and go elsewhere to purchase my flights/holiday.
Scam site! I paid extra for the "flexible and easy change of flight" option, just to find out 8 days before my return flight that it is only changeable 24 hrs before the FIRST flight. There is NO mention of this anywhere on the website. The alternative flight option edreams offered me was 3000Euro (as opposed to the 800Euro i paid for the original flight!). When I myself searched for alternative flights online i easily found similar flights for only 1200Euro. Edreams is a total rip off!
First time use it
Don't have much experience it but overall it's good.
1. We found the flight we wanted in "Sky scanner" - and than we found out that all prices were changed.
Instead $ 260.00/ ticked - 345$ / ticket.
2. after i insert all details of 6 passangers - the order stoped working and restarted with alert that im gonna lose the prices.
3. first time order seats were empty and i could pick 6 seats together in 2nd line at $18.00/seat, as i said the order suddenly restarted and the new offer was $45.00/seat only in back of the plane.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
