Edreams claims that your second part of your flight is pending or that it cannot be issued. They then wait until the last minute to extract exorbetent prices for your flight. If you or they cancel, they extract the money anyway without issuing the ticket. You won't get your money back... Ever. And you won't get a ticket.
After booking a flight, company automatically enrolled me in prime membership without notifying. They attempted to charge $69.99 on my card, but luckily my bank caught it and denied the charge. These practices are shady, bordering on fraud. WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN!
I've booked lots of trips! First time using this company and it turn in to a complete Disaster trip ended up being canceled due to all the run around with the trip times being changed multiple times! I purchased the coverage for all 8 tickets and when I called because of the flights being changed so many times I was told to call the airline because I would only get back 80% of my ticket value going to the airline they sent Edream all the money back but they didnt pay me back all the money that I should have gotten! Never again will I trust this company!
They cancelled my flights and didnt rebook me a new one. Now they took my money and put me under no show. There customer services are handful. They also take money out of your account twice without permission. My return ticket isnt yet expired, they refused to refund and change my new requested dates. Overall i advice to never use them.
I booked a trip (flight and hotel) for over $2,000. I needed to cancel due to a family emergency. I went through my email to cancel then to the chat to cancel. The email said non-refundable and the chat said that I would be refunded for the airline. Which is it? The flight and hotel were booked at the same time yet the hotel wasn't cancelled. I was told that I had to call. I called and was told that only $200 could be refunded because it wasn't cancelled before a certain date, which it was. I referred to the email which was 3 days before the date I was told. The customer service was angry and changed his story as i tried to cancel before the date. Short story made long... I'm out $1,500. I would never booked through edreams again in my life. There is no easy access to customer service and when you do get through the service was lacking and unhelpful. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I call and tell them it needs fo be a new card because my back is inactive. Nope there like its not my problwm. I was promised a phone call and nothingm they are robbers. They stole 1200 from me
The free extra 23kg luggage for the return flight from sao paulo to Madrid is unnecessary. Edreams just wants me to pay for the other 23kg luggage on the outwards flight from Madrid to sao paulo. Reducing the overall price of the two tickets and the travel insurance is more helpful to the customer. The price I paid for the seats was way too expensive 46€and 74€

I was also scammed, booked a flight the next day i receive an email saying they couldnt offer the return only the outward (still took full money), this was no good for me as one way are expensive. I asked for full refund and cancellation of the one way flight, this was promised but never happened.
I have reported this company to action fraud ( i suggest more people with similar issues do the same as this will give it more credibility)
I was shocked to see when i did report it that the company is supposedly closed accourding to gov.uk (both the mother company in spain and the london based uk part of the company) so how are they still trading if they are closed!
Please all beware. I also believe they are putting some good rwviews about themselves on trustpilot as there are so many bad ones with full details and all the good ones are not very detailed.
I logged on to book aer lingus and everything became about edreams. Initially tried via mobile but several freezing issues and message saying try again after had entered most/all details. Eventually managed via laptop. Wouldn't allow book using MULTI CURRENCY CARD. Even though ticked continue without hotels etc, kept getting advert and emails offers. Confusing amount of insurance offers. It also said 20kg luggage was e80, if that's true that's crazy.
This is one of the $#*! agent to book your ticket with, I booked the ticket and change my plan because of the border restriction. And counldnt even talk to this agent to discus about my refund. I would not recommend eDreams.
This company is big scam. They have the worst cutomer service and almost impossible to reach them. My flight was cancelled and they ignore my calls and never contacted me for compensation. They dont have email address and managing your flight through their website is not reliable. Becareful guys. Never waste your money with this company.
Bought 2 flight, they was cancelled because of stroke.
Edreams customer service is very very very hard to reach and there is actually no way to get a refund.
So, you pay for two flight, flight is canceled because of strike, and you get no refund: You pay for nothing.
Just forget this website and just buy you ticket from compagnies directly!
I tried to book with BA directly, however, eDreams intervened without my request. I continued with eDreams as I could not switch back to BA on my mobile. Though it ended well - I received confirmation of my flight promptly.
Have been an edreams member for a number of years, ease of use and great website.
Their customer service sucks! They literally did not solve your issue but keep pushing you from here to there like kicking a ball! I am done with them! Please book direct from airline instead!

All was good except the fact that after i buyed the ticket i didn`t can to do my check in.
The request of my check in was not found.
At the airport they put me to pay 48 euros, half of the price of the ticket.

Booked a flight for my friend. One of the flights in the sequence was canceled and my friend couldn't make it because of that. I requested a refund but after calling them 10 times and being told that I'm entitled to a full refund I eventually received only partially refund. Called them again a very rude customer service representative told me that I'm entitled only to a refund for the flight that was cancelled. I do not recommend you using this company ever!

On Mar 21th, I called eDreams customer service all day, they told me to send them flight cancellation confirmation then I did, but I have to call customer service again. So I waited for hours then finally someone picked up the phone. I send them the refund receipts from Peach airline, but they told me that they can only locate one refund, so they need 72 hours to call Peach airline to find out where is the other refund. On March 25th, I called again and waited for 4 hours but no one picks up the phone, felt very frustrated.
4/21 I called eDreams customer service once or twice a week to check my refund, every time I got different answers from you. Today, edreams told me to wait for another 60 days to check my refund. How is it possible to wait for 90 days since Peach airline has refunded money back to you on Feb 28th? I see no help from eDreams. Strongly advise who read this review to not ever book with edreams, it's a nightmare.
Ref *******065. Horrible experience. I am Ukrainian and bought tickets through them im March 2022 with KLM, and the flights were canceled by the airline on the last day! And I still cannot get my money back. Its more than 500 euros! This is ridiculues as I payed money for nothing, that wasnt my fault that tickets were canceled and they don't want to give me my money back, they tell me talk to the airline and the airline tells talk to the agent. I already sent a letter to cyberpolice in Ireland. Never use this app in your life!
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
