I had serious difficulty to pay. I got a note on my screen that my Bank refused my creditcard. I called my Bank to find out what was wrong. The Bank said there was nothing wrong with my creditcard. I tried other ways of payment, like Ideal, but the name of my Bank was missing in the check list. Within one hour my booking was to my surprise "confirmed", but still "processing"
We booked a flight to go from Perth to Melbourne Australia. The airline cancelled the that particular flight a month in advance. E-Dreams couldn't refund the money to my credit card. E-Dreams agreed to refund finally to a bank account and told me it may take from 120 to 180 days.
It cost me 20 dollars to get a refund and 13 dollars to book a flight. I will never recommend booking a flight from e-Dreams again
I had made a air ticket booking on Dreams for $1519. 74, but they charged me AUD 1565. 94. Which was unauthorised charges of AUD 46.20, which I haven't got the refund yet. But the charges on my credit card was actually 1612. 91 (TOTAL SCAM), It was AUD 46.97 as foreign fees (Really? The final amount was in AUD and I paid in AUD). Then the price match I found it on an another website for AUD 1350 and had emailed them all they give is lame excuses for escape the price match and unauthorised charges. I have taken the complain to Fair Trading. I am not leaving it until I get the refund I am entitled to.
My account was involved in a fraud from your agency. I received a debit of R******* from my account to your agency that I didn't issue nor approved. I emailed your agency seeking for an explanation but never received any.
I call them to rebook my fly and told me it all good and will call me back to chose a date for my fly return but never call me back and didn't cancel my fly so i lost my return fly and try to contact them again to see what going on and they told my its was a no show on my fly and they can no do anything so i lost my fly and have to by a new one and it cost 1000$
I was able to check dates and prices easily. Then I was able to choose flights quickly.
Everything was as smooth as butter. Booking was super easy and all the routine in the airport was straight forward with no hustle.
Had booked a flight through them for July 7th - was cancelled by the airline due to Covid and the option provided was for Aug 1,2021. That didn't work for me so I requested a cancellation through the email I received from eDreams. Just as well I called the airline (Air India) because they hadn't received the cancellation request from the travel agency! The airline cancelled the flight with no fees. Still waiting to hear back from eDreams on the status of the refund. Emailed several times, and if you find a number that connects, you'd have to wait for a few hours to speak to anyone.
If eDreams goes through this - my Booking number is *******547. I'd much rather shoot myself in the foot than deal with this agency again.
Be careful while making booking. Read carefully all details and conditions. The price for your annual Prime subscription will be debited from your account.

I have been on the phone 1 hour (55euro bill) and at the end of the call the agent told he was not able to help me and that I have to call the airline. While the airline told me I had to call the agent. Terrible.

The site is easy to use and I was pleased with the booking of my flight with one hitch. I completed my booking, proceeded to pay for the fare. This was after giving personal info and such. I was then told that to receive the discounted air fare, I would have to join EdreamsPrime. Two prices to join were given. It wasnt very pleasing to go through all the effort to get the flight only to learn that to receive the discounted rate, I would have to join. If I would have known earlier I would have gone to my tried and true, Expedia where I dont have to join anything. Keep it simple. Thank you for your time.

Not aware of assignment to join Edreams while booking I kept trying to get rid of Edteams popping up I must have touched something! I did not realize was an acceptance of this I am 83 and struggling with making bookings and to have this added to my stress is very sad
I am not particular happy because I found out that edreams charged me extra 80 USD for the same flight tickets I can get from Transavia website.
I will not use edreams anymore and will alert my friends and family about this over pricing.
I made my travel plan on line. It took a few days to get my confirmation. I have my intinerary but it does not give me the airlines. Which one is it. I am just flying to Icn from crk at 2:30 am on 1 May.

I booked Business Class flights through edreams and the process was simple and fast.
I have been waiting since March 2020 for an answer, I have called several times to both the airline and Edreams, and they keep sending me one to another, after I post a comment about it on a website like this Edreams contact me saying they would give me an answer, took them 3 months to answer me that I should contact the Airline, for real? After almost 3 years of this back and forward game, I am seriously tired and not willing to waste more money on phone bills.
They are not correct and they are not responsible. I have very bad experience with it. During my flight i have to pay again for baggages as they had confirmed me with ticket with 20kg baggages was but this was not true.
I booked a reservation when I got home I found out my wife booked the same reservation so I called to cancel my reservation I spoke to someone she told me my money would be refund back to my bank in seven days so I wait for seven days and I didn't get my refund so called back the 27th the reservation was never cancel so I I told them to cancel it because my wife already booked one. They cancel my reservation so when I got my refund they took $309.13 for cancel my booking. I called to talk to them they said that's the way they do business. Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
