They changed my flight and I wasn't informed. I paid insurance but they didn't do anything about my flight. Ii i had another flight. Because they changed my flight I had to pay $300 to change my other flight. It is very stressful and difficult to connect with them
Booked a flight to Chicago, airline and hotel. When arrived to the hotel, the hotel was very dirty. On website it said it was very nice. The hotel allows dogs and I am allergic to dogs. So I searched for Edreams phone #, as I needed to speak to someone quickly, and couldn't find any phone number or quick answers. So I had to book another hotel due to it was raining and needed something asap. Horrible website. Don't recommend it for
I'll never use Edreams again, true scam, forget this agency you will be lucky if you use without paying anything else.
The reservation plattform duplicated the surname and I had to cancel the flights, when the information of the air company is that this kind of errors doesn't cost anything to solve. I had to call around 10 times and spend a lot of money calling for nothing. EDREAMS is a SCAM.

They sold me ticket and i couldnt use because there was restriction for that kind of flights. Thye still sold me ticket and now they dont want to return money. People dont but ticket through them.my mistake i didnt check reviews before i bought.the worst ones are they

WARNING! A big nightmare experience! DDreams is the worst agency, do not make business with them and save your money and headaches. They are based in Spain, they do not take responsibility about anything and you can not talk to any one, no customer service at all and the will take your money without your permission. WARNING!
My friend couldn't fly as on the way to airpot had a car accident. Since than I have been contacting the customer service to request the refund, I also spoke to the airline which confirmed me that i am entitled to the refund. I provided all documentation and NOBODY is helpful and play the game to make you waiting to have you to give up. Please stay away from Edreams. The last time today they hang up on me. I will remove this review only if they will refund me and will write more if they don't. It shame to do business like that
The worst experience ever! Very disrespectful customer service. My flight was canceled by airline and they made me a plum between airline and call- center. I found out it`s very amusing for them to make customers suffer and angry!

I have experience whith anader suplayers that offer flight tickets and after I book and pay they cancel the booking from "technical reasons" and after they collect my money I need to aweyting abaut one month after the return back the money. It's never happened whit a Dreams and I always book from them
Covid test change from 72 hours to 24 hours made our tests invalid. Had to reschedule and Copa wouldn't help and edreams wouldn't change flight for less than 2300 dollars. The original tickets were only 1800 dollars.
Process was easy and fast, and we are set to go. So far so good.
After booking,I still received email from edream which told me the same flights have been sold out. And it is really misunderstanding, cuz I did not know it meat my filght tickets not been booked or others been sold out? And when I want to make sure even I am prime member, still could not get any support, chat, any other online service to make sure.
I travel every year, and never in my life have I experienced the lack of professionality! My flight got canceled a day after I booked! I have been calling every week and they keep giving me false promises. They never called back and they never helped me out. I'm gonna get stuck half way my trip and they don't care! They got the money and now they bounce on me. I have been calling them again but guess what? They hang up on me because my flight is not leaving within 7 days! I can't believe this is happening. My dad is very sick and I need to get back home! And they don't care! I'm sad and stressed. I have to wait till I reach the 7 days before my departure. It's so stressful. This is not fair. This is notttt fair! I just want to go home safe and without stress. I paid for it. It's my right. And now they don't even answer the phone anymore.
I have tried to book online a flight, but The payment did not pass and on the website, it was confirmed that the payment and booking didn't work.
I also have never received any confirmation email, I went then on an other website and purchased the same ticket.
Then after 3 days, I saw on my account 500€ taken from my account without ever receiving the booking confirmation. Flight already happened and when I called customer service, they refused to reimburse me even though it was a mistake on their website.
They only send me the flight confirmation after the travel occurred

Extremely bad experience. They are literally RIPPING YOU OFF!
I had booked a flight with an upgrade for seats at the emergency exit. This had cost us 344 euro extra. After booking and payment they let us know those seats were not available and I got a refund of 24 euro (so 320 euro less than I had paid for it) They promised to refund in 5 to 7 days. 3 months late and 10 Messenger contacts later (were the always promises to refund within 48hrs) no refund. I had to make an official complaint at the police and my creditcard company to get my refund (after 4 months) They are counting on it that you get bored to contact them over and over again. Please contact your credit card company AND make an official complaint at the police if you need a refund!
ETRAVEL AGENCY cannot be trusted with your hard earned travel money. Their policies support them to steal 100% of your money without recourse.
I paid the eDreams fee for a 20 day car rental insurance, that the rental agency would not honour. Once aware of this, I canceled the insurance 20 hours prior to pickup and received notification of cancelation from eDreams. My expectation of refund for the insurance fee was denied by customer service on the grounds as per policy, that the cancellation was made within 24 hours of scheduled pickup, therefore no refund.
As an E-commerce customer, my dealing with eDreams has left me feeling robbed and cheated of my money.
Please recognize this as a buyer beware company, having no respect towards customer relations and appreciation of your patronage.
I bought ticket by edream, and then airline cancelled the flight due to something. And they told me that I am entitled to a refund. But I must apply for that through the agancey you bought the ticket. I applied for refund by email phone and edream app. Their customer service keep saying lies. The said that they received back the money from airline and they are transferring the money to my account. It has been a month so far that I didn't get back my refund
I want to make sure that I cancelled the prime membership as I do not wish to pay monthly subscription after 30days free trial. I have already requested through your agent and was confirmed the cancelation but received an email afterwards that I have joined the prime membership. I assume that it was an automatic email but Please make sure it is cancelled.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
