To be fair was not what I expected and for a free trial I saved greatly and its not like the other sited when you click and start the booking process no price increases from what I saved the membership fee is well worth it I've saved at least triple that fee in discount flights and even gives big names a run for their money
I arrived at the airport in a rush and purchased the flight easily, however once I arrived at the check in desk it appeared I was not in the system and my ticket I bought on eDreams was nowhere to be found. This turned out to be a blessing as I went on a different flight with another company but I would feel inclined to a full refund.

The only good thing that this app has to offer is cheap prices. My flight got canceled Alligent sent a refund and edreams used a different card number that was not mine to pay for my ticket. They kept the refund and I still can not contact them. While going through security my boarding pass which I was using through the app, was showing up invalid and I had to go to the desk and pay for a printed one. I spent two hours waiting for an Allegiant representative and they informed me that they are known to be very fraugullent.
Just got to the bot, unable to put me through to a real life person. I wanted information on how to fill in the form and all the bot did was ask for my ten digit reference number. I DONT HAVE THAT YET!
Then i found a number my self, got to the option menu, and again i could only proceed if i had an 10 digid reference number.
So because of this experience and all the other negative reviews i am reading, i am going to book somewhere else!
I bought a ticket with Edream online from Prague to Milan and they didn't offer luggage choice. I thought I could buy luggage with the airline company online but no, I had to buy through this agent which I found out when I was already overseas. The call was transferred from one person to another. Finally they charged me $70 for 23kg luggage when the airline company only charges $52.5. This didn't include international roaming for 20mins. Worst experience ever!

Make sure you are 100% sure of your decision before hitting SUBMIT! It is virtually impossible to get any support after that. No live agents available, just Bots. Very frustrating.
I hastily cancelled my booking in error due to unforeseen circumstances. I don't want to cancel the booking. The only help I got was to re book losing my original payment of over £2000. Can't contact a human to resolve this issue. Can't even pay more money to make up the difference on new flights. Feel like I have been robbed of my hard earned money. We are broken that we can no longer continue with our dream holiday. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY AWAY FROM EDREAMS. NO DREAMS HERE, JUST SADNESS
I've downloaded the edreams app and booked a flight. A month or so before I decided to cancel but when I went to do it there appeared a warning saying I should wait until the day before my flight as I might get better compensated nearer the departure date. The day before I could no longer cancel my flight on the app and when I contacted edreams costumer service they told me I could recieve a voucher for my flight instead or cancel the flight but I'd have to get in contact with the agencies for each flight. When I went to the website for vueling, there said I could only cancel my flight up to 48h before the departure, and there was no way to get a voucher. Absolutely disgusting policies and very misleading. I'm appalled and will never use this service again.

I have booked flight through search kayak and thy pull up 5 different web site edreams ws few dollar cheaper wch i never heard took risk did booking got ref# thn few days gone to airport thy never found my info in their system i gave thm all info from this web. But thy said need ticket number.so i contact edreams on app only robot talk to u but never able to hold anyone so my flight gone. Still hv to get my refund back by this co, dont no what tht do now thy still not answering its seem fraud thy charged on my card. May havt contact fraud agencies.
It all was seamless in that I was originally only intending to book flights and then booking accommodation through Airbnb but the options available on eDreams were numerous and I could get a better deal by booking both flights and hotel together.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
