I was a victim of edreams scam. I couldn't believe it because previously I was using Edreams occasionally. But last time after I bought a airplane ticket with them I realised that they charged three times more that the price I suppose to pay. They replayed to my complaints with automatic emails telling that I pressed a wrong "to buy" button, that is non sense for me. But because they respond with automatic email explaining my case I realised that they are running few small scams, overcharging their victims but then they have same email for everybody explaining that you pressed a wrong "to buy" button. So you may get few geneuos purchases from them but early or later you will be victim of their scams.
Very easy to find the tickets on the web and very helpful with an easy payment method
I paid for the round trip ticket.
I paid an additional fee to change the return date.
When I called the airline company to confirm my return ticket and get flight details a few days before, I was told that my ticket was canceled because the money was not paid.
Edream company, on the other hand, said that I should not worry, that they would solve the problem as soon as possible and get back to me.
When they came back, they said that the tickets were canceled and that they could arrange a new flight if I wanted to pay around $2000 - $2500.
However, I had made my extra payment for both the departure and the return date, and to change the return date.
As a result, although I struggled for two days, I could not reach a conclusion with Edream.
Unfortunately I had to buy tickets again.
I thought i had a free trial of edreams prime but after i booked everything you sent me an email that my free trial doesnt apply. This should be clear to the customer before them booking.
I Booked a Transavia flight from Amsterdam to Girona with this company. The booking number is *******704. When I received a confirmation email I realized that one of the booking confirmations was not correct. I cannot verify it on Transavia's website. The other one for my return ticket is perfectly fine. As a result, I have some 7-digit number that is not identifiable on the carrier's website. I cannot add any luggage there or do online check-in. There is no information on what is wrong on the website of eDreams.
When called to the call center, the representative said he has no information about this flight. He says this is some third-party company that will operate the flight. That's why they don't see any information and I have to talk to Transavia. The representative of Transavia says he cannot see my flight as the number I provide is not correct.
I feel like I have been scammed. Will never book with this company again.
My booking process was real quick and easy.However, in the payment process i was directed to pay through paypal.i got stock for awhile because i dont have paypal.Succesfully i was able to book myself and my two friends.I have received the booking confirmation instantly.
I booked a trip for 3 ticketed passengers. I was charged the advertised rate for 3 ticketed passengers. But I received 2 ticketed passengers and one infant-in-lap without a third seat. I contacted customer service and was told a manager was notified and to wait 48-72 hours. My scheduled flight was in less than 48 hours. I was also told that a child under 2 was not allowed his own seat, which is 100% untrue. I had to speak directly with the airline 5 times to resolve the matter and have still not received my refund.
I needed to make adjustments and couldn't get hold of anyone to talk to!? I used to use edreams many years ago when they had someone real to help and talk to with any issues. Now it's all virtual and a complete nightmare to use or get any attention when needed.
It is extremely disappointing. I booked a flight with ref no: *******8196... till the booking is complete tes of e mails kept popping up. In the e dreams sight i had opted for baggage allowance for two ways and in actual airline ticketing is showing check in baggae only one way. The air line is telling contact your booking agent and E dreams no way to conatct,. It is ridiculoius and the time wasted is not worth the saving... not even one phone number that can be contacted
We found the site easy to use all layed out from the cheapest to the more best deals.
We would of liked direct flights but we had to choose the best deal.
They refuse to refund of $3,000 and took too long to respond. They didn't refund even with insurance and their own email says that they will refund. I contacted them right after the cancelation of insured ticket and despite their own email and chats contact saying that they will refund, after over 6 months they claim that too much time has passed and now they are not obligated to refund.
SCAM FOR YOUR MONEY! I booked a flight and moments after I tried to cancel, then all of a sudden their website was under maintenance. I waited until it was back up and it worked as soon as I was over the 24hr threshold. I tried to cancel via the app and they stated to "call the airline directly". I then waited for 20min to speak with an agent at Frontier for them to say that they cannot confirm the booking because EDreams does not supply the customer with any information to verify the purchase. They do not supply the direct confirmation number with the airline, nor do they put down your phone number or personal email. So in the end I could not cancel directly with the airline or even get flight credit with them. I've called EDreams number several times, I've sent int emails, and waited over an hour for an agent on the Live Chat option. Scam after scam. I will never be booking with this company again.
It is too early to ask me for a feedback. I dont understand why this feedback request came like this

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
