Filling in the data, I correctly indicated the day of my birth, but the system gave the wrong date of birth. All my attempts to get the date of birth corrected so far have come to nothing. I look forward with trepidation to the flight, which should take place on July 27th 2023. Will they let me on the plane?
My stopover was changed from 4 hours to 14 hours. I just need to talk to a customer to change my flight dates. I'm always calling on their 50 numbers, they are always busy. When I talk to an agent on chat, I feel like the chabot is smarter than the agent. There is no way to communicate with the office. I ask to raise a problem, the agent on the chat refuses. I surely don't recommend this website.

I purchased a ticket from Bogota to Houston. Effectively, I got the airline ticket with a fear price with supposedly one stop. However to my surprise when I checked in at the airport in Bogota Colombia, I only received one boarding pass from Bogota to Miami. When I asked the clerk, she told me I had two separate airline tickets. I had to pick my luggage in Miami, check back my luggage at the airline kiosk, pay again for the luggage, pass the security point one more time. Affortunately, I had 2 hours to catch my flight on time. So make sure to check the codes when you buy a ticket from this website.
My flight from Pittsburgh to Berlin was canceled last Thursday by the airline. Since then I have called every day to try to reschedule. I was promised that it would be rescheduled to June 22 which was the earliest they could get the flight rescheduled. They always promised that the back office will give me a call and confirm rescheduling. When I call this evening which is my call number eight since the flight was canceledThe agent mentioned that there's only one seat left on that flight and they will call me back in two hours. I'm very frustrated that this issue is not solved before this especially that I have called so many times and that the airline canceled the flight. I just need this issue solved as soon as possible. They look like US democrat party; the best stealer in the world, i paid 3 days rental car before pick up they took my money from my bank account; flight was delayed, when i pick up my car they char $183 dollars more to my account

Although I had purchased the insurance for flight cancelation & changes for all 4 pax but when I tried to change date of flight, I encountered much difficulties and frustrations in the Viet Air website. It required all particulars of every family members even though I had entered our booking confirmation no.
It was a good experience, the price was cheaper than on the company's website.

Making the booking was pretty straightforward and I didnt encounter any problems. However I would have preferred to receive my ticket via email as I find it easier to manage than having to download the App and then try to find my ticket.

I bought a flight via Edreams over 2 years ago, 6 months later my flight was cancelled. 18 months later I'm still waiting for my refund. There are thousands of other people in my position. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES, should you book with this company.
Dear diary, today is November 2nd 2022 and I still have not got my money back. My flight was canceled back in March 2020, you remember? When Covid hit and kept everyone home?
Well, 172 calls later, I am still deprived of my money, and whatever the community manager will reply to this review, my request was escalated 155 times to specialists, I was promised to be called back 126 times and got 0 call back. I was promised timely answers, my money to be reimbursed promptly, but nothing happened.
I am very frustrated and irate, as I feel ignored in this world of incompetent third party providers...
What is more, AirCanada claims that they sent the money back to eDreams. I don't know who to believe anymore.
Such a cruel world.
I feel like it is the worst of the bunch. They will scam you for $69.99 by subscribing you into their prime and not even sending you any email that you subscribe and the option for canceling won't appear till they charge you for it.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
