I purchased my tickets weeks in advance and the dates were incorrect. Trying to get somebody on the phone is basically impossible unless your flight is literally only a few days away. They won't even answer the phone unless your flight is a few days away. So if there is an error with your booking consider it a waste of money. After 45 minutes of being on the phone with somebody I was told "because the airline is the one that canceled your ticket you have to rebook with them." Except the airline isn't doing international flights right now because of the Covid. They also told me it could take up to four months to see a refund. Now that I'm reading other reviews I doubt that I will ever even see a refund. So I'm out 240.00. I will never use them again. I suggest you completely stay away from them.
I booked a flight from Johannesburg to Cape Town and they charged 3'000 ZAR too much. I had to call them twice for over 20 minutes to get the 3000 ZAR back and then they canceled my flight. I thought I had to buy new plane tickets. I asked them if they will give me the rest of the 968 ZAR and two people on the chat confirmed. Then they didn't give me back the money and told me they know from nothing. I already contacted a journalist and took pictures. I am still waiting for my money and will have to get an attorney to settle it. Never book from them, they are scammers.

Booked a flight using eDreams. They are at best, worthless. Where I was going to travel to has become unsafe, so I contacted them about canceling the flight. They could not help at all and said I needed to talk to the airlines. I asked if they had a number to the airline that I could call and the number they provided is worthless.
Now that I have been making known how horrible this company is, they have once sent me an e-mail that was worthless offered no help.
Do not use this company, they offer horrible service.
I booked a trip. It did not go through because of a problem with my bank. I was on to a service representative and we cancelled it. I was unable to rebook it.I called eDreams 3 times but no one was able to help me. I finally was able to book another flight, but not the one I wanted. What a headache!
I was charged around 60 euro in addition to the booking charges. This amount is unknown for what service! I haven't bought any other service beside my airline booking.
When I tried to check with the customer service about this issue, I couldn't find any email or phone number to reach out. Only questions and answers in the app for the customer service. Impossible to get in touch in case of emergency and you need to speak to some of the team.

One star because there is no zero star option.
Completely incompetent service.
Airline canceled one segment of our returned flight.
Except stating the fact there is no communication from the edream service. No means of emailing requests. The 27 minutes estimated chat waiting time stretches to 2 hr+ with no conclusion.
One month later the edream reservation shows still canceled flight.
Unable to get any written confirmation of the adjusted schedule (if any)
When I arrived at the airport at 1 AM in the Knoxville airport, none of the car rental place was open so I had to sit in the airport along with numerous other people along with older people, people with small children, because none of the car rental places are open in Medway on till 730 so I'm till 8 o'clock before getting a vehicle

I recently booked a flight through a third party company Jetcost and eDreams was the provider of the airline tickets. First things first I booked the flights and I received two different airline tickets with different gate information. After arriving at the airport my flight was delayed and gate was changed due to storm but I never received any updates from the airline. After contacting the airline they issued me a refund but guess what? The issues refund went onto an unknown Mastercard that wasn't mine. I explained to the airline that this was not my card and also disputed charges for a company called eDreams. Avoid this company and third party companies to avoid the scams. Book directly with airline.
It was very easy to make a booking and easy to follow the instructions
The worst experience ever, booked a ticket and had to check out and checking my luggage due to how they purched the ticket with the airlines. Even the airline was dumbfounded by how they charged for the ticket. The ticket went up by 600 dollars at checkout. The people at the airline showed me how much they had paid for my tickets and it showed that the extra 600 was profit on top of profit. Is there a way to SUE these scammers... CLASS ACTION maybe... kept all my tickets and proof of these cheats

Biggest scam ever! They kept telling me the airline took my money then cancelled the flight and they wouldn't refund! I had to book another flight straight through Qantas and you can see the difference. I spoke to the airline and they never received the money and told they get it a lot with eDreams! Disgusting!
Worst Company Ever, Customer service is so bad, for last 4 months I am trying to get a detailed invoice and still nothing, they are happy to take your money but can't help if you need information after you have completed your trip, never again will use them
I paid for a luggage for two flights that i bought with edreams, as you can see from the photo i had 23kg booked.
But in the airline website i see my booking reference was booked with just a Basic reservation that didn't include the luggage. I tried to contact them, spending HOURS on a chat which is fake and time wasting.
They are just bad people I implore anyone to stay away from EDREAMS!
I had a fantastic adventure with e dreams from booking plane tickets, hotel reservations and more, I just was unable to check in electronically for some site issue a guess but that didn't stop me from visiting London, UK thanks a lot and keep up the good work hope to do it again soon!
So I tried to book a flight on the 22nd of august 2021, and at the end of the booking, it told me the payment failed, So i went to another site and booked a flight to the same destination, only to be surprised in the airport that I am double booked, and I discovered that edreams took my money 140 euro, I contacted them 2 times by phone, on uk number and italian number, filed a complaint on their site and i have a prime membership! And attached proofs of double booking which i had ground staff print and all this and they refused to refund me saying that there should have been an email sent to me that informed me of the booking, which i never got, It is shocking how a big company can have such a bad customer service!
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
