I should a read this reviews before I even book my trip with this website... I booked my trip online and I though it was a done deal. Then come to find out they cancelled my return trip and suggested book my return trip, duh! But they are charging me fees for their service, really? I spent so much time for this stupid booking! The C/S suggest I will just pay for the fees it's only this amount $$$, are you serious? Watch out for their hidden fine print fees! Never again! Why would you charged me fees, didn't do any work for me!

The operator aren't professional and they do not speak italian properly. For a refund they always lied to me and still now after 15 days I did not received the refund. They always said the refund is on file and the day after they lied again... I will not suggest to use Edreams... is a scam

Hi we got to BA and found that the ticket had my sort name not Theresa so it did not match with the passport etc we rang your help line etc and was told it would take 72 hrs to get the air to alter the ticket and that we would have to to the air line the check in young lady and also her manager explained what needed doing but your gay still said the same that we would have to talk to the airline so the managed manger alter the settings their end and told the guy what to do he still said the same so i had to book another air line ie virgin and new Zealand air at a cost to me of £750.00what i do not under stand is the guy was talking to BA etc if i had gone straight to ba and booked it would have been sorted at the check in desk

I booked a flight with "flexible dates" and I paid for this "flexible dates" 21 Euro more so that in case I change my flight for free.
Now that because of corona crisis I have to change the date of my flight, after 10 times of calling and online contact finally they respond and say that I should pay 400 euro for the exchange!
Very user friendly and easy to navigate. Not to mention the price was great.

Do not use this company ever they pretend to make flight bookings. Luckely I was able to stop the funds from clearing now all of a sudden they are able to supply me with booking ref nr etc etc. The booking was supposedly made on the 20th June after numerous attempts on my part to obtain the booking information from them. Nothing happened. They only respond when you review. Now that I was able to prevent the funds from clearing. I received booking ref on the 4th July. Dont trust them they are thieves
I paid the insurance for my travel for any reason. When I wanted to cancel my return the agent said that He can do nothing for me. That mean scammed me. This company is bad like jetcost. It was my last time to travel with it. I advise people don't travel with Edreams.

Hi, I don't recommend you to use eDreams to buy any flight tickets and insurance. I have bought additional option with possibility to cancel my tickets up 24hours before my trip and postpone for other date. I called eDreams and they asked me to buy a new one way ticket with the same provider that is of course more expensive than two way ticket. I had to pay 274 euro and they told me that i will be reimbursed only 126 euro. At the end of the day i lost almost about 300 euro. And till now none from eDream replied to my complain and also i am still waiting to be refund. Never buy any ticket with this company
First and only company who refused to accept Revolut Card for payment. Also, no Flight Number or possibly incorrect Flight Number supplied so I was unable to check-in online.

They are not only scammers, the do also illegal activities by charging fees which are not agreed! I was charged only a monthly basis for a fee and I try to find out for what it was.A.) I did not get ANY Feedback at all, even why try to reach them - forget it impossible, B.) FEES are completly intransparent and not based on a legal contral. I will start to sue them for a legal procedure with their illegal activities.
I booked a ticket ref: *******899 with edreams for me and my kids. Edreams is as useless as they come. The airline cancelled the flight and informed edreams well in advance but edreams never told me.
I live in Norwich and the flight was in London so this means taking a taxi and getting to London to find out the painful truth... no flight.
Stranded and yet e dreams told me to call back in 2 hours as their system is down, several calls and not a single straightforward answer, the airline had to rebook my flights for 3 days after without additional cost but i was still stranded and lost alot of money for taxi.
Run far from edreams. This is my 1st and last time with them.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
