They are absolutely horrible you can't get ahold of customer service. The airline is telling me that the credit card E dreams used is what it got refunded to and it was refunded last week, but I can't get ahold of E dreams to get a refund the E dreams keep telling me that the money is so small for the flight I have to get the refund from the airline but they already have the $400 back. So I'm screwed and can't go now. Do not use them for any reason!

Still Waiting for My Refund
April 1, 2023

I canceled my fully refundable purchase of Swiss International Airlines flights in July. The airline issued a memo to eDreams authorizing payment of the refund in November. I'm still waiting for eDreams to refund my money.

Easy booking but horrendous consequence
November 7, 2022

Booking must be clear on what are the first name, last name, and middle name fields. As a result of not having a middle name field, and edream not relaying information correctly to get jet, every one of us for travelers had issues at the airport in both directions. They want the middle names to be exactly as in the passport but the booking process did not ask us to do that nor were the middle name fields displayed in the edream booking process.

Generally very good.

But unfortunately, the system said the bank wouldn't honour the transaction for the holiday. The I realised that a payment to eDreams had gone through. So I waited to see what would happen. Then, I got emails to say everything had worked! Thanks!

Bad experience

I was trying to book a flight with edream, not only I could not book properly because there was some kind of an error with your website regarding the booking payment, and I could not get my flu shot ticket, but also your company blocked my money with a post payment even though the payment didn't go through, now I've been dealing with my bank about that matter for over a week back and forth, your company does not value people's time nor money, with this bad experience, i will never book a flight through you, and please de-block my money asap, thank you.

Shockingly bad service

I booked two flights to the USA in ealry 2020 and paid for them. They were cancelled by the airline but I have not been able to get any refund or rearranged flight out of edreams. I have phoned them 8 times and suffered waits of between 30 and 80 minutes to get through. The poor overworked agents can do nothing except make emplty promises which are never fulfilled. EDreams are truly awful, imcompetent and dishonest. They should be avoided at all costs.

EDreams is a fraud. They sneak hidden fees into their booking platform. You only become aware of these sneaky fee after you hit the "pay" button. A booking that would cost R3890 on the airline direct site, costs R8220 through eDreams. This is utterly fraudulent and it amounts to customer exploitation. When you try to cancel a booking, their website says "this facility does not work at the moment, we are fixing it. Plse try again later"

I would like you to know who I am, I'm sure my reference number will be enough for investigation. Ref: *******317
To start with I have waisted enough airtime on this useless company 1 hour 40 min, not even to start with my time that they are wasting with all there robot chats, non of the agents can come back with an answer. I was told I'll get my refund in a few minutes, about 8 hours ago. I told them this is a urgent matter, I need to be with my family. I need to leave Saturday morning, I don't have the money to buy another ticket and wait for them to realize they want to release my money now. I must say you have definitely managed to make me go this far. Total useless, and terrible thing you have running. You so fast to take the money with stories to assist with the refund, even after I suggested the option / solution to send a cancelation email so my bank can assist us to reverse the money

I purchased 2 tickets on their website for my mom and my 5 year old daughter. A day before the trip my daughter is tested positive to COVID and can no longer travel. I have been calling every day to ask for refund or reschedule. None of those options is now available. I called the other partner Bruxelles Airlines, they said Edreams just need to give them a call to fix the issue. I have been calling almost 50 times. I won't stop calling until they either refund or reschedule. Amount is almost $900. It seems like Bruxelles were blaming me for using a 3rd party instead of booking with them directly.

Very bad customer srvice, they make you pay additional costs for insurance and many other services, that when you need them, they don't provide them, meaning you pay 20€ extra for missed flights insurance and medical support, but ask for a refund of a missed flight, they disappear, no one will help you!

Don't really know how you justify this when for the last ten years of going to Vietnam I have just done this myself!?

How do I cancel you by the 15th Jan and what are the actual benefits I get from not cancelling!?

The price quoted when I bought the flights was £167. Then after I had bought them I read that on Dec 22 my Prime membership expired and I would automatically be charged £69 to renew. I decided to cancel my Prime because that would have meant my tickets would eventually cost me £236. As it is I think I may be charged a fee on Dec 22 when my Prime expires. This was not made clear when I bought my tickets.

NEVER USE PRIME EDREAMS!

Please never use PRIME edreams.
It is so bad their customer services and I am currently in a legal dispute with them to get my money back.
I have currently 4 employees in my company with PRIME edreams account and I can't tell it was money to the toilet.
The prices they propose with prime are not cheaper than going directly to the airlines and book it yourselfs. The discounts never work and they will never reimburse if something goes wrong with your booking. They do not care if you are a prime client or not. It is a complete rubbery.

Booking confirmation

Hi, overall I'm still not sure of having a good service.
This since, after I made the booking a popup message that the payment didn't get through. I have received a confirmation email but still I wasn't sure if I had the tickets or not. I have tried to contact customer care via chat and the 'robot' couldn't confirm either.

Horrible

I have used this travel agency before, but recently I had a horrible experience with them! I have booked an air ticket, but that flight was canceled, so later I wanted to contact their customer service in order to get a refund, or to change the date of my previous flight. Well, I have called different numbers they have given to me on the Facebook customer support, but anyway, they were all useless and wasted my time and money, because they first require to enter the 10 digits booking reference number, and every, every time they eventually say that number is incorrect! So it's basically impossible to reach any operator. At that point, they said they would have organized a call back for me within 72 hours, but the call never came. Result: I am gonna keep my old (cancelled!) ticket and lose money, cuz apparently there is no possible way to reach them and make a rebooking! Such a shame!

Booked a deal for 3 person, 1 of them on return flight got cancelled by airline, ruined our holiday
We had to contact directly to airline as Edream couldn't help to sort out the technical issue they had,

They have option called eDream Prime to get discount, therefore, i sing up for it which comes with cost, mentioned 40% discount, i tried to book a hotel through it however, it re-direct you to booking. Com which i did the same search through Booking. Com directly and it was same price,
