I bought my ticket on 3rd September. There I selected additional 23 kg bags. But, in the ticket it is mentioned that one bag up to 23 kg. But I have a small laptop bag & a 15-20 kg bag. So, its really confusing for me. Are they allow me to carry 2 bags or should I take only one bag?
If I carry only one bag, I have to put small bag into the big one.
It is really problem.
If you can, provide me a answer of this.
I would never ever book with edream. By far the worst customer service
one of my flight got canceled and requested refund. It took 3 months to get a reply and got email saying that i needed to get in touch with airline company which i did the next day. Airline company said that they have issued the refund and looked like refund was paid in cash. So edream somehow refund the money in cash and I never received. Every time I call the customer service there is a 45 minute wait time and I still have not got the money back. Please do no book with edream unless you want to lose your money I am trying to sue them now.
I created an account in my name and made a booking for my daughter. The process was fairly easy, and the cheapest available for the value. The booking process was a little confusing, but nothing that I couldn't figure out, and confirmation was slow (but within the 24 hours stated). The residual problem is that eDreams has put my daughter's name on the account, not mine. I wonder how/if that will affect my ability to book in the future.
Worst site ever, worst company ever, worst service ever
We took a free 14 days subscription and didnt cancel it so ended up getting charged for the full year.
But little did we know that even if you cancel your credit card details, they will automatically renew your subscription (they say they will send you an email but they dont!)
I never received the alert and the next thing I see is a charge on the credit card.
Now stuck with them for another year.
Back on September 23rd, I booked several flights with eDreams for my honeymoon. Unfortunately, one of the flights was rescheduled to a week before my planned arrival. I was allowed to reschedule, but I couldn't find anyone at eDreams to speak with about this change. I requested a full refund for that specific flight. Initially, eDreams informed me that the refund would be processed within 14 business days. Later, they stated that the refund would be issued once they received authorization from Wizz Air. Now, it's January 24th, and I'm still awaiting any response regarding my refund. I'm unable to view the refund status in the eDreams app, and my booked trip isn't even visible anymore.
Please take my experience as a cautionary tale and consider avoiding this company. It might be worth paying a bit more for reliable ticket insurance and peace of mind.
If I can give a 0 in review I'll do it, I had book flight from SFO to Shanghai at Feb. 2022, and was told the flight were canceled by air line, so I cancel the flight and it stay in step 5/7 Request pending airline authorization for over 11 months now. And also no live help center and chat room and can't get any help.
I booked a ticket from phoenix to Cleveland. And a ticket from Cleveland to phoenix. The ticket was denied from phoenix to Cleveland. But the ticket from Cleveland to phoenix was confirmed and booked. How am i supposed to even use the ticket from Cleveland to phoenix when i cant get to Cleveland. When a customer service rep. Told me that the first flight will be approved and it wasnt. Waisted all this time and stuck trying to get refunded for the other ticket. Horrible absolutely horrible
We booked through Edreams, I was unable to check in before the flight. When we got to the airport, the airline charged us excess fees since we hadn't checked in. However, we spent hours trying to check in but were not able to and it was due to the Edreams booking. Edreams ended up costing us more money due to their booking and was very frustrating. There is no way to contact anyone to complain. Becareful!

Tried to pay. App hung. Tried various payment methods but still hung. Called for support. Advised me to do what I'd already tried. Couldn't take my order. I advised that if they couldn't resolve, I'd never do business with eDreams again. Support representative not interested.

I booked a ticket at $128 and the company's "service charge" on that ticket was $63! This is 50% of the ticket cost. Please be aware that when you buy the ticket, the REAL total cost is NOT shown. They only show the ticket price, even when they say "the total cost is..."
On top of that, they do not send you the eticket right away. It takes "up to 24 hours" to get the ticket, so I still do not have the ticket on hand.
This is a scam. Please avoid. Really, this "service" should be reported to BBB.
It was nice and fast way to be served with edreams as compared to other companies.
After I booked and paied the fligt, I received many emails from eDreams. It was very confusing I could not found if the fligt is confirmed or not.

Rent a car in Amsterdam Schiphol but when I arrived there was no bus and rental company was bankrupted when I arrived there by taxi. Since August 12 struggling to be refunded. Their *******@carrental.edreams.com mailbox is always full!
I have spent 6 months calling eDreams trying to get the $1500 NZD refund that is owed to me. I have been lied to by every staff member I have spoken to and your 'customer service' team are not responding to my email. Worst customer service experience of my life.
Quick answers on mail. Even if the matter did not resolve it was swift and clear.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
