Too many steps to complete the process and the ticket information doesn't seem to be accessed easily
The eDreams site was linked automatically through Skyscanner. The process of booking to making payment was done seamlessly 👍.
I booked flights on 14th jan. 2025 for 775.55 euros i received a confirmation from aer lingus stating a cost of 692.78 for flights a difference of 83.23 euros. I have since received my cr. Card statement and another 89.99 euros has been taken by edreams which is also confusing my booking reference is
2FYGCJ.could someone help to clear up my confusion and give refund if due

Everything went exactly as I looked for. Traveling to Thailand with Air France would be very interesting for me!
It was incredibly easy to make the booking. From selecting desired flight to completing the booking took just a couple of minutes and the confirmation came through within seconds of completing the booking. It is also good to know that you can receive flight status details on the App

Never heard of eDreams before so was suspicious when I saw their offer. They seemed to check out online so went ahead and used them. So far all is as they advertised and a good price. Ask me again next year when my journey is over and I will give a more complete answer.
I really like my accommodations (Los Canelos) in the INN category. It is also close to the center of town.

I dont know but it signed me up for a membership and I couldn't buy the ticket without being signed up so that kinda sucked.
2 tickets cost 2646 Euro. My bank messaged me that my account had been deducted 2646 Euro. However when I checked my transactions online $3000 had been transferred by visa card. Now 2646 Euro is not $3000 so what was the other $300 for?

Booking was ok, but let's see how it will end. Hopefully good.
I already booked a plane ticket, but why automatically membership after the trial? Also has the payment every year for the membership.
I want to cancelled this membership
It was easy to select the right option for this trip.I had to coose between two London airports and I was able to find the best price with Dreams.
The only problem I am having is, I can't find the PDF to download it. Because I need to print the ticket out. If any help then I will appreciate it

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
