I have contacted and I have been waiting over the line for more than a few hours but I have received the worst customer service ever. It was the second time and would be the last time for sure.
I won't recommend eDreams to anyone.
Your company didn't care about their customers. I know a few things about eDreams during this time:
1/ Absolutely irresponsible
2/ Shocking irregular
3/ Deeply unorganised and obviously disorganised
Poor customer service with useless and unprofessional staff.
I'm extremely dissatisfied.
In the end, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. One star is even too much to give.
Friendly and quick experience, nice prices, and a very lot of options to choose
Nice prices offered to me but I think it takes too long to get the booking confirmation after taking the payment. At some point it made me think it was fraud. Let us improve with timing to confirm the reservation to 30 min or 1 hour instead of 22 hours or more.
I signed up for eDreams prime in the summer and decided I didn't want to renew it next year. The site warned me that my cancelling my subscription I would lose all my benefits as of my next flight. I had paid for the first 12 months in full and my expiry wouldn't happen until July 2024 (10 months from now).
I managed to talk to customer service and they confirmed that this was the case and I should just wait to cancel next year. They were forcing me to delay cancelling, this is an exploitative tactic that makes it more likely that I would forget to cancel at the last minute and be saddled with another period of billing. My decision about the next billing cycle should not affect my service in the current billing cycle.
Very poor quality of service. No emails, no phones. No feedback. Requested invoice did not come. I still don't have a ticket. I had to write to the head office to make sure that the ticket was reserved. All in all, a complete lousy service. God forbid someone else recommend your page.
The care was clean and just as described. Said, the man that helped us was extremely friendly and made the car check out and check in process actually enjoyable. I will be renting a car from them again!

EDreams are a nightmare to deal with, do not book through eDreams! I booked a flight from Dublin to Calgary with a connection in Toronto and the same coming back it was a round trip.
I downloaded the eDreams app had my flight details there to see.It was a week before I left Ireland I discovered my return flight had changed and was no longer departing from Calgary, it was now departing from Toronto and no word of Calgary at all. They never notified me of the change. I contacted eDreams through the app in the chat section and they would not help me, they ignored me. I tried again with a different person this time and ignored once again. In the finish up I had to book an independent flight from Calgary to Toronto, out an extra $500 now.
Do not go with eDreams. They're a nightmare.
Hopefully this review will help some other people.
The hotel I booked dint let me in. They said your booking is canceled and we font have any room. So I had to go to another hotel. I tried to contact Edreams to get refund but Now after one month they dont even answer my emails! It was supposed to take three weeks, then 48 hours, then 72 hours, and still nothing!

It was all rather confusing choosing from so many airlines, and somewhat daunting negotiating the number of add-ins offered, all at extra cost. I was also disappointed that there wasn't an afternoon option on the return flight as I shall reach home very late that evening.
I was slightly taken aback by the price I paid, since Jersey is part of the UK and the flight is only a bit more than half an hour long.

Pathetic service. Never recommend eDreams! They robbed me in broad daylight. I couldn't cancel my flight at the virgin airline as it kept me sending back to edreams and was sent back to Virgin even after I was close interaction with covid case. Surely will be bankrupt one day my blessings free! Rating 0
Good to check and buy flight tickets and other services. I usually took just minutes to be confirmed but my latest experiences were taken about almost 24hrs to be confirmed.
I booked a roundtrip, needed to change my return. Thought should be easy and straightforward since edreams website gave me several choice at different price points, lots of availability on the airline own website. Twice i chose the advertised change in fair only to have them call hours later to say that fare no longer available and once that it was a "different class of basic economy" that was advertised so they couldnt downgrade me. Nowhere did it show a choice between fares in my class. So my change ultimately went from their falsely advertised $174 to $406 to $512! And not the flight i had really wanted because it was cheaper. I was forced to pay more. And when they rebooked it finally it changed my paid exit seat on first leg to 33cNo more edreams.

Too bad to be true!
They care nothing about their costumers. They only want your money. It is impossible to contact client support. It just does not work if you do not have a booking reference and you will end-up in an endless loop speaking to a machine while they charge for the phone call per minute.
Just do not buy from edreams
I requested a refund on 3rd March 2022, no customer services available got to do everything through a robot chat. Which always says on the AP " Request pending airline Authorisation"
Everyday it says this it doesn't change. It also says that it is taking currently 3 months or longer for airlines to respond.
Poor Customer Service!
I booked three tickets from them for a Ryan Air flight. It seemed to take me through the valid Ryan Air site and the flights and extras came to £300. In fact, I was charged £500. They were valid tickets but Ryan Air said they were sold through a company they did not have any arrangement with. There was a difficult process of validating who I was but that went through eventually on the Ryan Air site. You can't get the money refunded through a credit card company because if you scroll the the very bottom of the confirmation email, you find the larger sum, although I can't recall seeing it anywhere when I made the original payment. I'm not sure how Ryan Air allows companies it doesn't work with to access its site, as I didn't just buy flights but seats with extra legroom and luggage allowance. All this was there on the Ryan Air site when I got my purchase "recognised".
The worst customer service experience I have ever had and fraudulent charges made to my card. I booked a flight using eDream last year in January. I emailed to cancel in February after I was initially charged as I was not aware this was a subscription service and since I had not used the subscription since it had charged me. They never responded to any email I sent. Eventually, I just asked them to cancel my subscription immediately. I never received a response. I finally figured out how to cancel online and did so. However, this year I was charged again, despite cancelling online. I am also unable to find the cancellation button on their website anymore, even after following their instructions. I have never left a bad review in my life, but genuinely wish other people would not support this horrible business or be scammed by them.

I found this travelling service more convenient than any other online travel agents. Very easy to book the flight with prime and obviously better prices compared to its quality service
When I purchased an itinerary through eDreams, I didn't mind the fact that my itinerary couldn't be altered or refunded. But, when the airport passenger traffic denied me boarding, for some Corona Virus issue, I had to request a refund or a different route to travel. EDreams then play the none-reroutable card. Why? Because that is how eDreams make their money. The airline tells me: Go to the travel agency for your refund, and eDreams tell me: It's not our problem, it's the carriers. Who should I believe? They are partners in the stealing and robbing business, That is for sure
After 4 months and numerous calls to edreams to get a refund of more than $3,000 processed, they now tell us we won't be refunded. Several of their staff on the Australian number confirmed on the phone and now they simply say it is wrong. As far as we are confirmed, they are fraudsters and thieves. Do no use.
It was dreadful. The flight time was changed twice and when I tried to cancel the booking ( for 4 travellers), the "Manage your Booking" is just a joke! The short of our terrible experience is that we had no way to cancel the booking and so all 4 tickets were unfairly forfeited!
Please cancel my EPreams Prime with immediate effect and send me an email to confirm the cancellation.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
