I booked three tickets from them for a Ryan Air flight. It seemed to take me through the valid Ryan Air site and the flights and extras came to £300. In fact, I was charged £500. They were valid tickets but Ryan Air said they were sold through a company they did not have any arrangement with. There was a difficult process of validating who I was but that went through eventually on the Ryan Air site. You can't get the money refunded through a credit card company because if you scroll the the very bottom of the confirmation email, you find the larger sum, although I can't recall seeing it anywhere when I made the original payment. I'm not sure how Ryan Air allows companies it doesn't work with to access its site, as I didn't just buy flights but seats with extra legroom and luggage allowance. All this was there on the Ryan Air site when I got my purchase "recognised".
The worst customer service experience I have ever had and fraudulent charges made to my card. I booked a flight using eDream last year in January. I emailed to cancel in February after I was initially charged as I was not aware this was a subscription service and since I had not used the subscription since it had charged me. They never responded to any email I sent. Eventually, I just asked them to cancel my subscription immediately. I never received a response. I finally figured out how to cancel online and did so. However, this year I was charged again, despite cancelling online. I am also unable to find the cancellation button on their website anymore, even after following their instructions. I have never left a bad review in my life, but genuinely wish other people would not support this horrible business or be scammed by them.
I found this travelling service more convenient than any other online travel agents. Very easy to book the flight with prime and obviously better prices compared to its quality service
When I purchased an itinerary through eDreams, I didn't mind the fact that my itinerary couldn't be altered or refunded. But, when the airport passenger traffic denied me boarding, for some Corona Virus issue, I had to request a refund or a different route to travel. EDreams then play the none-reroutable card. Why? Because that is how eDreams make their money. The airline tells me: Go to the travel agency for your refund, and eDreams tell me: It's not our problem, it's the carriers. Who should I believe? They are partners in the stealing and robbing business, That is for sure
After 4 months and numerous calls to edreams to get a refund of more than $3,000 processed, they now tell us we won't be refunded. Several of their staff on the Australian number confirmed on the phone and now they simply say it is wrong. As far as we are confirmed, they are fraudsters and thieves. Do no use.
It was dreadful. The flight time was changed twice and when I tried to cancel the booking ( for 4 travellers), the "Manage your Booking" is just a joke! The short of our terrible experience is that we had no way to cancel the booking and so all 4 tickets were unfairly forfeited!
Please cancel my EPreams Prime with immediate effect and send me an email to confirm the cancellation.

My sister booked flight thru E dreams traveling from Spain to Croatia due to death of our father.
She was supposed to fly on June 10
They took her money and two days later they canceled her flight due to restrictions flying zone.
She is trying everything to get refund but no help!
You can't reach them and there is no options.
This company is Big Scam!

They are not giving my money back! I and trying to take this to court. Someone going to jail if my problem is not solved… I am not stopping going after this company until I get my $256.00! They will owe me more for pain and suffering and the wait when I get done with them watch! So I advise they give me my money asap!
It seems a bit risky to book a plane ticket with eDreams because of the apparently very bad accessibility of customer care and slow to none refund of the plane-ticket if things don't go as planned.
But the plane-ticket was cheap enough to take the gamble.
Within 1 minute after booking I got the ticket by email without any problem and I can continue to use the service of the booked airliner.
As long as there is no cancellation, I therefore think that eDreams is much better than their image and reviews suggests.
Beware of all the unnecessary extras that eDream offers during the booking process, which will increase the price of the ticket unnecessarily.

What a nightmare! Beware! You tell them you don't want the prime membership, yet a month later a charge will appear on your credit card for $59.99. There is no one to call. A robot tells you after the "one month free membership" you don't want is non refundable. They will charge you every year for the rest of your life and there is no way to cancel. Fighting this charge now and it will take months. Their website says it's easy to cancel. It's not true. They want you to put in your booking number. I don't want to cancel my booking that is already paid for, I don't want and never did want to be a prime member. This company is a soooo frustrating and impossible because there is zero customer service. They only know how to bill your credit card. (Update, the annual fee was reversed by e dreams two days after this review was written.)
I was charged a lot more that the actual final price, they have some shady tactics just to fool you the ticket was 238 final price and after I paid it was 326 without any information. Don't trust this site
Myself and 2 friends missed our flight back to Gatwick, from Lyon after the rugby which happened to be the last flight that night,we were all desperate to get back home due to work commitments.usededreams straight away and got the first flight out the next day and a very good price would strongly recommend edreams
Still struggling with some check in issues.I received email saying update more details for check in. But when I click the link it goes back to square. I tried so many times nothing moving forward. Email I am receiving from e dreams. But could reach to a solution. Please check what exactly wrong with the check in. Cause I choose automatic check in by e dreams. Thanks

I booked the first trip but there was lack of availability on the flight. Edreams notified me right away and refunded my money within 24 hours. I was able to book another trip and received all the confirmation via email.

The web is easy of understand. It is not complicated at all. And the promos are very good.
My booking reference No. Is *******643. Due to the outbreak of coronavirus, we decided to cancel all of 6 passenger's ticket.(Travelers include child and old persons). I have called more than 10 times to the agency and each time I had been waiting more than 40 minutes on the phone, and unfortunately I haven't got any specific answer from an agency and despite the emergency situation the agency didn't solve my problem. The customer service is very poor and they don't care about the customer's right.
The time for sending the confrontation email takes almost 24 hours. But everything is good
I tried more than 5 times to book a flight but in each attempt, I received a message there was a problem with my information (my Visa Cart information has been saved for 2 years), once was purchased several tickets from the same cart the week before, and I had to purchase more expensive flight the day after... it was disappointing

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
