I tried more than 5 times to book a flight but in each attempt, I received a message there was a problem with my information (my Visa Cart information has been saved for 2 years), once was purchased several tickets from the same cart the week before, and I had to purchase more expensive flight the day after... it was disappointing

I booked a flight through Edreams and received an email to tell me this flight was not available. After 3 days my money has not been be released back into my account and not only that, but they have debited $800 from my account. So now I have no flights and I am $800 out of pocket, not to mention 3 days without being able to access the balance of the flight costs. I do not know how this company is still operating with service like this. Pay a little extra to actually get a flight and not get robbed!
While booking a domestic flight, I noticed that they use a lot of deception, tricking you into paying more money than they advertised in the first place. First red flag was the seat selections. It does not specify clearly that you Don't have to select your seats (which costs extra) if you do not want to. When I was about to pay for the flight at the pay by credit card section, they added on an extra $75 in service fees to the total, right after I typed my CVE. Even paying by Paypal they add that on. So I didn't purchase. Tried another flight booking website instead and got what was advertised, same flight and airline and all.

On the flight selection page, there's a message telling you which is the corresponding payment method for the price displayed. Usage of the promotional card offers a significant reduction of the booking prices. If a customer will be using a different card for payment, we recommend them to update the card you will use on the flight selection page so that the prices can be recalculated accordingly from the start of the search process.

Worst costumer service ever! Impossible to choose a date to travel when the company cancel a flight! They don't let you know in advance and they make u wait for ever! Such long wait I been calling them 5 times already and my problem it's not fix yet! Unbelievable I never see that in my life!

Edreams is a very bad company that makes you pay for an insurance and flexibility but when you actually need to change your tickets they don't allow you any changes. The terms and conditions they explain to you are so restrictive that you cannot do anything except buy another tickets. I have been reading the terms and conditions myself and couldn't find anywhere the journey has to be the exact same stops.
And to know this informations you need to spend 3 hours on the phone with them, calling them several time because the phone just hang out suddenly.
I definitely recommend this company to nobody!
I have ticket to go back to Spain but I can't go back now. I have been trying to change my ticket and they are not letting me to do it even though I paid for a flexible ticket! They steal money from people, I paid a flexible ticket for nothing. Worst experience ever! Don't buy a flight ticket from them! I will do everything possible to spread the word, because this is unbelievable.

Extended hotel reservation through edreams, other reservation was made through different provider, but hotel never received my reservation. They gave me 2 days to stay while trying to figure out with edreams issue but edreams failed and I had to pay for 2 past days directly to hotel and book the rest with other provider. Now edreams not returning my money to me and dont want to reimburse for 2 nights while I was waiting.
First of all does it make sense? To write a review? What is the benefit? I put a review, and so what? They did not return my money up to now. I bought ticket on 4 October 2021, for 2 People it costed me 28 000 Russian Rubles. E dreams did not return my money. It is crook Company. They will never return your money, these are the thieves. Professional bandits. They will write to you apologies and all sort of nonsense and yet continue stealing your money. I paid with credit card, I lost so much money for 1 year paying interest. These people do everything purposely, there are some petitions against them, they dont care. Thieves don't care, thieves do not have curtesy
There's no phone number anywhere, so "prime benefit" of getting our call answered in 60 seconds it's complete LIE. Just a bot answering, and when it's something different than pre recorded answers, you just get a message "someone of our customer service team will answerin 24 HOURS! So 60 seconds turned into 24 hours...Compete publicly scam.
My mother has been stuck at the airport for 3 days waiting for these people to get back to us after her flight delayed and made her miss her connection flight! I called them talked to them, used their website chat which is a joke. My 57 year old mother had to sleep at the airport for 3 days because apparently we shouldn't book a flight until they get back to us. Its been 6 days now and nothing. They said 72 hours at first and then 24 hours. I guess hours work differently at eDreams. An absolute joke. Not the type of people you want at your side when things don't go right. Put your money elsewhere. You have a better chance at getting help from a rock. Zero ratings for zero help we got.
I booked a return flight for a fix price on their page but then I realized that I have been charged almost two times the ticket fee.
I have spent hours trying to call them but no success. Scam chat line and no way to complain.
I asked several questions, but I didn't get the exact answer I wanted. I'm angry that I was charged an unknown service fee after trying to make a reservation at a low price, but now I'm going to give up because it's annoying.
Me and my best friend tried to buy plane tickets to visit our other friend in tampa. We found no troubles in buying the tickets, as they were reasonably priced and the website was easy to manage. About a month later we both experienced our cards being frozen due to fraud alerts. As it turned out edreams will automatically set you up for a 60 day trial and after that will charge your account $60 a month. We both called edreams to cancel the subscription and got access to our cards again. Mind you the phone call for edreams was a Miami florida zip code. About a week later, our cards froze again due to another fraud alert, but this time was from a Walmart in Miami florida. Never again will I be wasting my time and money on this cheap janky website. Do not trust them with any card info.
It was so easy to tap on the flight that suited me then follow the instructions filling in my details. Each page was straight forward and it only took me about 5 minutes to fill in then got a reply email almost instantly.

I would say the receipt should go instant with a reservation confirmed. Also, some interactive customer support and not auto booth Kris. The airline confirmation reference number didn't not matched with the Airline company. Please make sure to give a proper reference code.
I booked a flight through edreams, the airline unilaterally cancelled the flight but refunded the passengers, including for my ticket on Sep 13th 2022. Edreams has still not refunded me the amount and no way to reach them. Just some bots who do not entertain any request.
It is a total scam worst exeprience ever, no follow up no way to contact. Never ever use these agents

I bought a ticket online and input my full name. When I received my booking, my middle appeared as my surname and my surname did not appear on my reservation. An obvious glitch in their online booking system. I called the company and could hear a noisy call centre in the background and my customer representative was Indian. Automatically, I knew that this was an overseas operation hiring cheap labour to scam money from people and the company not taking responsibility for their errors. She told me they could change my name unless I paid extra money. I told them I should not be paying to change my name and it was their error to put in my correct details. She then hung up on me and ended the telephone conversation. From this experience I can truly say that they do not care about customers. They are thieves and will rob you. Shame on you. EDreams are an absolute nightmare. Utter scum.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
