I stupidly bought an eDreams Prime subscription last summer, thinking to save money on a trip. Instead, undisclosed fees added $250 to the cost of a one-week condo rental. Also, although eDreams is perfectly happy to accept American Express for its annual subscription (which of course renews automatically), it will take only Visa and Mastercard when I try to book a trip. Very inconvenient for US travelers. Plus, both Visa and Mastercard providers declined payment, suspecting fraud. I spent hours on the phone ironing it all out, including with rude, unpleasant eDreams call center employees. Stick with Expedia — you'll do so much better!
They advertised it as 4 hr free cancellation. I cancelled within minutes. However, ended up not getting any money as they said most flights in the intenary are non refundable. There is no direct line with customer service. I
I'm writing this review beyond any disappointment and disgusted. Please invest your money in any other flight ticket business but not this one, you are losing money and flights cause it's going to be cancelled. Over that they don't help you through nothing you have to figure it out, customer service doesn't exist, you basically chatting with robots and their agents are incapable of solving issues they create. I'm very upset, haven't travel to my country in 3 years and when I'm finally ready, I sadly purchase my flight ticket with then and they canceled it after a week, the saddest part is my dumbass brought their prime package and they tried to make me pay for more $900 in order to fit me in another flight. Please don't give yourself unnecessary headaches purchasing with this $#*!ty business.
Terrible company with hidden charges, £140 out of pocket with no travel!
My flight time changed and it wasn't suitable for my connection, the airline refunded the whole cost but edreams refused to refund me the whole cost I had paid keeping their commission essentially.
I complained and was told repeatedly when I chased that my complaints couldn't be found, presumably so I will give up trying to get my money back!

I have been booking with Edreams for 9 years. Last year, i booked a flight for my wife and son from Africa via Egyptair, they arrived in the UK and after 3 weeks the return ticket was cancelled. I was on call for about 8 times and no one staff could give me a definite answer or solution. Same stories continue and all staff kept telling me same word: we will call you within 24 hours, but guess what, it never happens. I am so disappointed
I cancelled my order and Edreams did not refund me, even I wrote them a few times. There is no one to speak with. No tel number. Juat automatic chat. Dont make any reservation by them! You risk your money
I Bought my tkts with them I cancel one of my tickets 3 months ago and still waiting for the refund... (Terms indicate 30 days) I have been constantly calling and always get the same answer. To wait for the next 24 hours. So frustrating.
So don't use it, better to go with the airline directly
I was super scared after reading countless nightmare reviews. Our experience was amazing. Phoenix to San Diego price too good to be true and yes I booked it before i read the reviews. I also didnt opt for any additional insurance or any extras. Everything went perfect each way no issues whatsoever. I know sometimes company's make mistakes and then never live it down but this time they did great!

I've just made a booking and was charged S$1,509.33 for it. This is a completely surprise to me as in the final payment page (where I had to key in my card details) showed payment around S$1300. I was shocked by this amount - why was I charged extra S$200?
I wrote to edreams via email (which does not work) and Twitter (no response) after 3 days to explain themselves. On a separate mail, I requested from their FB messenger bot for an invoice to find out where the extra charges came from. Guess what - mediation fee was 242 SGD! No where has it stated that this was to be charged! On the "confirm payment page" only stated ~1300 SGD. So freaking dishonest I will never use edreams ever again and will discourage everyone to avoid *******@edreams customer service: if you are reading this I would like a refund!
Navigating the air flights was seamless. We made a pretty bad mistake but didn't find out until order already processed. We were worried that we were stuck! We weren't; it was taken care of and we booked another flight.
Gave it a 3 because I want an assigned seat beside my husband on this long flight and you can do that at the airport you also tell how many bags at the airport! What if they can't handle our 4 bags? A 5 would have been given except for these two obstacles!
I was charged more than the upfront price they offered so the card I used had insufficient funds and it was declined. But then I was later charged, one way w/c I didn't approve. When I asked for a refund and cancellation I was asked to call the airline. Now I've been trying to cancel the Prime Subscription but no agent can help me. They've been sending a link that NEVER works. Terrible company!

I paid extra for Flexi flight ticket option incase my plans change given Covid situation. Their website will take you in circles and the chat box is beyond useless. They have no customer service and absolutely no way to reach them!
I'm worried if the site is even legit.
Sky scanner needs to do something about this, They are equally to blame for listing dreams on their site!
Absolutely frustrating experience!
Probably a fairly typical covid situation, airline cancelled due to our govt restrictions. Edreams notified us, then started the full refund process. It took a while, but I suspect that was mostly the airlines. They gave periodic updates. Only thing they could have done better would be if I could call them to get updates when there were longer gaps between steps, but I can understand why they can't do that.
Overall, I was worried being an online agency during covid cancellations, but they came through for me and I received my full refund. Would be happy to book through them again next time.

Our flight was canceled on 6/29/22, still to this date we login to eDreams it states our trip is confirmed. They will not help us rebook a flight on another airline besides Swiss air. These companies are such blood suckers. Trying to bleed you dry, for every last penny.
A family wedding was missed in Italy & memories will not made. A disappointment would be an understatement!
It was fast and smooth but too many upsells (seat, bag, prime support etc.) so it became annoying at some point. I understand that this is the protocol of a low cost airline but it would be better to consolidate it in a single package picker with 3 4 to 5 options

I booked a flight on Wizz Airlines which then took me through to edreams. I didnt read the small print and before I know it I'm signed up to a subscription for £69.99. All I wanted was a flight, not loads of lame deals that I'm not going to use. To cap it all I'm told my boarding pass might not be sent until 8 hours before my flight and my phone is not compatible with the app. So I might be stuck abroad struggling to get my boarding pass.

Good apart from wrong dates on hotel booking, my flight landed early hours in the morning when i arrived at hotel i had to pay for knight extra and i checked out one day early therfore your mistake cost me for 2 days unnecessary. How do i get compensation? Everything else was great I was very happy with service.
Just like other 1000 people we bought flights tickets from edreams, the flight got canceled, we were promised a refund, 1 year later no refund arrived. Look on facebook EDreams Fraud 4k people,go to trustpilot and see the reviews. Hope i saved you your money and time.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
