I paid extra for Flexi flight ticket option incase my plans change given Covid situation. Their website will take you in circles and the chat box is beyond useless. They have no customer service and absolutely no way to reach them!
I'm worried if the site is even legit.
Sky scanner needs to do something about this, They are equally to blame for listing dreams on their site!
Absolutely frustrating experience!
Probably a fairly typical covid situation, airline cancelled due to our govt restrictions. Edreams notified us, then started the full refund process. It took a while, but I suspect that was mostly the airlines. They gave periodic updates. Only thing they could have done better would be if I could call them to get updates when there were longer gaps between steps, but I can understand why they can't do that.
Overall, I was worried being an online agency during covid cancellations, but they came through for me and I received my full refund. Would be happy to book through them again next time.
Our flight was canceled on 6/29/22, still to this date we login to eDreams it states our trip is confirmed. They will not help us rebook a flight on another airline besides Swiss air. These companies are such blood suckers. Trying to bleed you dry, for every last penny.
A family wedding was missed in Italy & memories will not made. A disappointment would be an understatement!
It was fast and smooth but too many upsells (seat, bag, prime support etc.) so it became annoying at some point. I understand that this is the protocol of a low cost airline but it would be better to consolidate it in a single package picker with 3 4 to 5 options

I booked a flight on Wizz Airlines which then took me through to edreams. I didnt read the small print and before I know it I'm signed up to a subscription for £69.99. All I wanted was a flight, not loads of lame deals that I'm not going to use. To cap it all I'm told my boarding pass might not be sent until 8 hours before my flight and my phone is not compatible with the app. So I might be stuck abroad struggling to get my boarding pass.

Good apart from wrong dates on hotel booking, my flight landed early hours in the morning when i arrived at hotel i had to pay for knight extra and i checked out one day early therfore your mistake cost me for 2 days unnecessary. How do i get compensation? Everything else was great I was very happy with service.
Just like other 1000 people we bought flights tickets from edreams, the flight got canceled, we were promised a refund, 1 year later no refund arrived. Look on facebook EDreams Fraud 4k people,go to trustpilot and see the reviews. Hope i saved you your money and time.
SCAM ALERT. BEWARE. Never use this site however attractive the deals look like. I booked a flight with edream prime membership but due to my visa expired, I could not board the flight. When I canceled the flight, I was supposed to get 80% of the ticket but I only got $50 which was 2.5% (tax only).
Called edreams multiple times and every time I got the response that refund is in process even now after two years, the refund status on the website appears as 'In progress'.
Eventually one day, the agent gave me a lame excuse that you canceled within 24 hours of booking the flight, you are not eligible for 80% refund. Beware, never book from this site.

The worst service ever and I do not recommend anybody to use them. They confirmed the cost of my ticket and I booked it accordingly and received a confirmation email. After 10 days, they charged me extra amount of money without any email of justification. While trying to reach customer service, it was impossible. I used many other flight booking online services like travelocity for example and cheapoair with much much much better services. Don't get fooled by their lower prices it is only a trap. I will forsee more actions towards them
Edreams does not support customers. Applied for refund 3 months before and still did not get it back. Its not quite accessible as well. They do not pick up phones neither reposnd to email. Bad service
This company is a scam, bought an urgent flight ticket, got a confirmation email, when I tried to check in on-line I could not, called Qatar Airways and found no record of me on the flight due to leave the next night! Tried multiple numbers to reach them and was unable to. Finally contacted the US number, was told my flight time had been changed and I needed to pay extra to confirm it, I received no such communication from them, neither was the flight changed. I had to borrow money from my dad and book a new flight with the airline directly, and fought with edreams for a week for my refund! Will seriously discourage anyone from using them, don't be fooled by the cheaper looking quote initially.
I attempted to buy a ticket and when it came to online payment and typing in my 3 digit security code i was told the transaction had been unsuccesful. I then bought the ticket with Expedia and all was ok. Minutes later i noticed a confirmation from E dreams as well. I immediately cancelled their ticket, was told a refund would be made and 5 months later, after several unanswered emails and no real person to call, nothing. Now that I have read other reviews, I fully understand why, they act in an unprofessional, arguably fraudulent manner

Couldn't recommend edreams any less, 100% will not be using them again. Only gave them 1 star because I couldn't give 0.
Kept moving my flights to Rome around with corona which was fine, but when my flight was cancelled the kept the refund from the airline and refused to give it back to me. Staff couldn't be less helpful, they don't have a clue and even worse don't seem like they remotely want to help.
Also, never use their option for a free refund when booking a flight (that costs about £50 more) because if the flight is changed ever so slightly you forfeit the right to claim a refund.
This website is a scam. Do not book with them. Ticket was purchased and canceled same day. All airlines and other booking sites will return this money within a week. This one has been holding for 2 months with no resolution in site. They haven't even contacted the airline which is simple. Surprised they are still in business.
Edreams are a shoddy company, save yourself heartache a book directly through the airlines.
We booked a return flight to New Zealand from Melbourne in June. The flights were cancelled due to Covid restriction, and we've got nowhere in terms of a refund or voucher. Don't believe their lies, I managed to speak to somebody called San Deep who provided me with an email address *******@contact.edreams.com and promised me that I'd be sent a voucher. I was sent a link to a rebooking offer for flights in June, it didn't state which year, but when I looked up the dates it was June this year. Air New Zealand told me that they'd already refunded the money to them and I should contact edreams. Edreams will keep telling you lies, hoping that you'll give up and they can keep your money. I'm looking for other disgruntled edreams customers to enable us to mount a class action to put these crooks away.
The experience was pretty good. This is the first time I have used edreams and it was easy except after I purchased a round trip ticket only one direction was available so that made it difficult because we had to find another ticket for the way out. Other than that it was great.

Needed to contact them to change a flight detail, a service that had been purchased. 24-48 hours turn around after contact on the app. The guy who finally called was heavily accented and hard to understand, and couldn't get our request completed, but gave us a call back number. It was worthless-I assume it was going to India (based on the guy's accent, but could have been one of many countries) and the line was ALWAYS unavailable because of traffic. Made the change on the airlines website myself, in 5 minutes.
Totally worthless service, no value added, avoid if you want prompt and effective service.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
