I did not realize I was making a booking through edreams.com vs. the actual Frontier web site when I clicked on the Kayak.com link from my search to book the flight. My fault, I was distracted and I regret it deeply. They have totally messed up my flight reservation. Frontier does not recognize my airline reference code and says they cannot talk to me because they have all the wrong details on my flight. I'm about to blow a cork!
They owe me 500$ refund money its been 2 months i still didn't receive anything, worst customer service agents worst support. I would rather stay at home for the rest of my life than to ever book anything with them again
Options provided for flights were realistic, it specified what airports in the different cities, which was important, and showed the airlines, so I could go and check amd compare against individual prices too.
It's been 2 days and I have not received my final notice it says it's still processing.In talking to an agent on your online hat she said the airlines had not processed my flight yet. This is Highly Unusual!

Wouldn't recommend the site to book flights. EDreams may come up on a flight search but there are so many hidden costs you will find better value going straight to the airline. Also poor communication concerning travel details after booking. This site must pass on your details to every other possible marketing company - inundated with selling emails.
Do yourself a favour, and don't bother booking through these. The anxiety and stress they've caused from unresolved cancelled flight changes, no/poor customer service other than a bot, no response on social, paid baggage not added to our tickets and worst of all: handing our card details over to the airline to take the same payment twice. Promised to give the money back, but never did… that was 6 months ago. Please be warned to steer clear of this company and just book direct.
They book full fare round trip tickets but sell you one leg, this taking up a seat on the return flight that you will never board. Their customer service is nonexistent and they could care less about honestly fixing a problem you may have.
My flights were cancelled by the airline, but eDreams didn't bother to tell us! Customer service non existent they are only interested in taking your money. Unfortunately, I didn't read the reviews until after I had booked. Please do not use this company it is not worth the hassle
Must say a seamless experience where booking was made very simple. Even though I am an airline employee having worked in the airline industry over 2 decades, I find EDreams site very easy to navigate.

E dreams sells wrong tickets & then blackmails ppl for money. Fake Indian phone no's *******891 *******813 *******890 in knowledge of all regulators speaks volumes of the complicity of big agencies.
Edreams themselves were fantastic the whole booking side of it was seamless... until i got to airport 90 mins early and found my 90 min wait would become 210 minutes due to delays but thats not edreams fault.
Booked a trip to USA and paid eDreams mid 2021. They informed me BA cancelled flights. Said refund would come, it never did. Impossible to contact eDreams! They kept my £1,000 good night! New age con men…
Bought a ticket all good after 1 month started taking money for prime I never chose prime bdw but they are taking so no refund no customers service phone nr and you talking with a bloody robot who is useless I won't recommend this e dreams crap to nobody
Horrible booking service! Better hope nothing comes up because even though they advertise that they have a cancellation policy up to the day before your trip while you are booking, it's mediocre customer service. This is considering I bought the travel insurance! They'll cancel but they won't refund you or let you change the dates of anything. You will loose all the money without being given credit at the very least. They are false advertisement 100%.

I booked $670 for flight ticket but I spent about $1300 which is almost double, I don't know why people charged more.
There is no service of transfer of my baggage from incoming to outgoing at Bangkok. Scoot air should arrange that if not I have exit to collect baggage and the process through immigration again. I am a transit passenger.
If I could give this company negative stars I would. They are utterly useless. All I requested was to add an additional "Jr." to a name. They tell me it will be 24-48 hours. A week later still not done. Told to wait more days. When you call, IF you dont wait several minutes on hold you will then get a person who can barely speak English, as well as barely understand English. I had to repeat myself multiple times. My request was never filled. And they told me they may charge fees to add "Jr". This is the worse company I have ever dealt with on any level. Zero competence. Do NOT book with them. There are several other companies to choose from. JustFly is awesome!
I urge you to not use this business as they will rob you out of your money and ignore any attempts to co tact them. They robbed me of 5807$$ even though I tried desperately to undo my booking within 24 hours. One is blocked on purpose to get through to any customer service representative via phone! Online chats are ignored and disconnected by rude employees
Emails to customer service are ignored and send computer generated messages back that make no sense! This is very scary! As a single mom with three kids I got scammed by $5807!
I booked a ticket last month. And last day I found Edreams deducted 59.99 GBP. Pure scam. This charge was deducted directly from my credit card I used to book which I had not agreed to save on their website. This is the end of the disappointing story. I have tried contacting customer service for many times from all ways I could find, online chat, calls, emails…Nobody ever responded to me but a robot. It's outrageous.
Do not use EDREAMS. These people or these programs reserved for me a return flight which I was unable to take, nor to be reimbursed, despite the insurance that I had with them in addition. It looks more like a scam than anything else. Avoid other companies, they are in the same competition for theft and other scams. Don't worry, it's your fault if you use their services. I have more computer problems thanks to them now.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
