As well as being expensive, it allows half the usual baggage allowance, check in has been really difficult, wasted so much time and haven't even got my boarding pass, the price changed from booking to paying, which is dodgy in itself... completely disappointed, will never use them again
I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward.
Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc

Absolute shower, just looking for one off business with no intention of getting you to return. Just a sliver above no customer service at all, website doesn't reflect amendments and hidden fees are the norm. Trying to sort out a friend's flight and have been on hold in excess of three hours. We pushed them back several months because of Covid, but we're now being told the flights have passed and we missed them! Took our money quick enough for the amendment though didn't you Edreams? You'd quicker get blood from granite than a shred of honest information from these brazen scammers.

I am so pissed off.
Didn't receive my booking confirmation within minutes or 24 hours as what they claimed. Had to follow up with them twice before it was confirmed. Good side though is that customer service is efficient.
Prices are fairly reasonable and the the booing process for flights is straightforward. Especially if you become a prime member. However hotel bookings and prices need to be improved. Other sites have a lot of no upfront payments and free cancellations.
I've used eDreams twice. The website itself is refreshingly nice to use but there are some hidden fees sprinkled around which makes unethical and abusive. They just added $20 credit card fee upon clicking "buy" lol, what a disrespect for the customer.
Would not recommend.

Our website automatically selects the cheapest payment method for your booking. On the flight selection page, there's a message telling you which is the corresponding payment method for the price displayed. Usage of the promotional card offers a significant reduction of the booking prices. If a customer will be using a different card for payment, we recommend them to update the card you will use on the flight selection page so that the prices can be recalculated accordingly from the start of the search process.

Horrible experience, charged for one trip with change midway, last minute they cancelled the second flight so had to get new one myself. Was told refund will be issued yet thats not happened and trying to contact their customer services is nearly impossible. Stay away from this company, you are better off getting your own trips
They will claim your flight is "cancelled," force you to make new arrangements, then say never mind a few days later and keep all the money. I'm out hundreds of dollars because of them. Do not use ever.
Adjoining flight cancelled, No seats for new flight allocated, 4 hrs of calls i'm winging it, not sure if I'll get home, they have my money, can't answer my questions, tell me to contact airlines, not my job, I booked through them. Will never, ever use them again. Do yourself a favour and book direct with who you want.
They dont warranty their travel plans. They have left half of my group trapped at a connecting airport in another country for the past 48 hrs and they wont rebook them. Just "we will call you back within 72 hours"
I do not like your systems that will not confirm a purchase without asking many stupid question s to add on more charged services that have already been declined and are offered free of charge by most airlines.
Very efficient service with numerous options and good value compared to other similar companies. I highly recommend paying the enrollment fee as it saves money every time you travel and pays for itself on your first booking!

They booked the ticket for the wrong day, saying Lufthansa changed the date. Had to pay 850 Euro extra to get our original booking. Customer service only on chat with some far east person that barely speaks English. Awful! Run away and never look back
Everything straight forward despite a few negative reviews that I read which made me skeptical at first. Relieved my booking confirmation within 24 hours which I then confirmed via visiting the airlines website.
Also was able to cancel my prime membership without any issues.
Overall I would recommend E dreams.

I have mobility problems, use a walking stick and can't walk very far, so require wheelchair assistance to negotiate mu way through airports. I couldnt find anywhere to apply for assistance on your web page.I'd be most grateful if you could rectify this.

I did not realize I was making a booking through edreams.com vs. the actual Frontier web site when I clicked on the Kayak.com link from my search to book the flight. My fault, I was distracted and I regret it deeply. They have totally messed up my flight reservation. Frontier does not recognize my airline reference code and says they cannot talk to me because they have all the wrong details on my flight. I'm about to blow a cork!
They owe me 500$ refund money its been 2 months i still didn't receive anything, worst customer service agents worst support. I would rather stay at home for the rest of my life than to ever book anything with them again
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
