Keep away from edreams! Fraud!
Less than zero! Loosing 800€ because they won't issue a receipt for their services. The worse part is that they make fun of you and consuming valuable time and effort in fruitless communication.
The flights in Edreams are cheap and affordable. I like the method of booking which hardly took 10 min.
I've been booking vacations via eDreams for years now, always a fantastic deal without compromising quality. Options are always spelled out so that users can make an informed decision on what add-ons they'd like to pay for.

EDreams cheated on us not paying in refund for ticket cancelled. Highly manipulative. Do not ever ever purchase through eDreams. A real fraud. They respond saying check personal email which is a hoax again.
Booked a trip to Cancun for 11/15 to 11/19. The flight dates were correct. The hotel was booked for 11/14 to 11/18. I had to pay $340 out of pocket to cover the extra night. Calling the so called ‘help center' sent me in circles until frustrated. I should have booked everything myself. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You will be sorry!
We purchased a flexible ticket. But when we tried to use our privilege, we wasted 4 days, a lot of nerves and finally will purchase a ticket again. I can't describe how bad customer service is. Just hope soon they will go out of business
First time using, eDreams was not disappointed. Processes were clear and to the point cant wait to come back again
My first experience using eDreams such a good offer buying cheaper ticket than other ticketing agent will recommend to friends and family. But i'm waiting until the actual day because i've experience bad services during day take off which my ticket have to cancel or reschedule.

EDreams has so many add on charges, it is better and less expensive to book directly with the airline. After booking with EDreams, I saw the airline website had a betting price for the same flight. EDreams promoted 24 hour full refund, but that is not true. They don't have a refund policy at all, only what each individual airline offers. Don't book with them; go to the airline website.
I dislike going through third parties for making reservations. I never know quite with whom I am dealing. I don't understand the relationship between the airline I chose, eDreams, and another entity called LEVEL.
I especially dislike having to sign up -- and then remember to cancel -- to get a discount.
Now I dislike all the follow up emails for more special offers that are of no interest. I may continue to look but I also look forward to cancelling my 30 day free trial.

To much information about offers making the whole experience difficult to negotiate. Cost of flight was £43 approx.but Easy Jet sent me an email quoting £85. Very confusing. £43 has been taken from my credit card so I guess that's the right amount after all.

Actually I didnt get pdf form of my ticket that i booked. And there is voucher for me for my booking but I cant open and use it. I dont know what happens :/

EDreams got 5 stars for ease of booking and keeping me informed. However, they lost 3 stars because their sales pitch about getting 80% of your purchase price back if you cancel is nonsense as I found out when I had to call customer services because the chat bot doesn't have all the answers. It went rapidly downhill from there...

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
