I bought two plane tickets from Mexico City to Lima, Peru. The airline cancelled the flight and trying to get my money back from this company has been an absolute nightmare. It has been 9 months and I still cannot get a refund. Every time I try to contact EDreams I spend hours on their human less system never able to speak to an actual person and I always get the same false reassurance that I will get my refund within 6 weeks. Six time I have heard this. I have spent countless hours trying to get the refund. The worse thing is that I actually bought their travel insurance but I was told by EDreams not to use it because the airline cancelled and was responsible for a full refund which never came. They owe me 900 dollars. Thieves!

I was made to believe that I would be refunded if there was a health issue and as a senior on SS I believed the gentlemen. I booked to go see my son for Mother's Day and found that due to cancer surgery, I could not make the flight. I was told... oh well, sorry you can't get a doctor's release, but we are not refunding this trip either.
I found the ticket I wanted from kayak.com. Redirected me to edreams. I figures they were okay since on kayak. Went through the process. I did not select a seat, no baggage, and no to everything else. When it came time to buying the ticket a window appeared saying the ticket was $344 instead of $130. I closed the window because I had zero interest and tried to again book under the $130 price. It ended up booking the $344 price. Never ever ever see this site. Complete scam and all the internet sites should ban them.

I filled a complaint against them with consumer protection agency, Thier answer was that they refunded my money in fact they didn't, I don't know what are they waiting for and why holding on my money almost a year has passed since buying airline ticket from them on 3/7/21
I was a long time customer of eDreams and always booked my tickets there, I have already discovered the first shortcomings:
1. Raises the prices in the app and through the browser history.
2. raise the prices during the booking! No matter how fast you are, the price often increases by 10-20% without reason! Of course, the prices never go down;)
3. Then add 10-20% to the price that was originally quoted, depending on the payment method.
As long as you are lucky and don't have to rely on "support", everything is fine. Unfortunately, I had to change or cancel my flight once. The "support" is absolutely not accommodating, they just asked me to cancel without refund. Absolutely inflexible and not customer oriented.
I can only recommend everyone to book conventionally, there you have no price games and a much better customer service!
I am now waiting for well over a year for a refund from Edreams for a flight that was cancelled by the airline. Edreams have repeatedly assured me that they are dealing with my request and although they have given me some money in drips and drabs. Their online system has now reset my request to 'completed' and I had to escalate the issue all over again more than a year after my initial request. Edreams still owe me over £500 and it is now impossible to get through to them on the phone
Booked turkish airline cancun to Istanbul and flight got immediately cancelled. Turkish said they refunded to edreams (£380) but its July 2021 and I'm unable to even reach them. This company is a scam that should not be even allowed to operate. I can't believe skyscanner etc refers to them
Very pushy post purchase marketing.
Even now with this review. The link in the e-mail was supposed to be just the confirmation the info on the flight was received.
I have booked a round-trip ticket (reference ID: *******4664) for the two of us and I have not received the confirmation yet. Both the website and application are on "processing" status. On top of everything, the check-in baggage allowance with our ticket was 30 kg per person when I was choosing the ticket and now my booking reference shows no check-in baggage! I am so stressed now and have no idea what to do! It would be the last time that I trust these kinds of companies!
Do not book your tickets with eDreams - they are mainly non-refundable/non-cancellable tickets and hard and usually very expensive to change - after the initial 24 hour period. Nowhere on my booking or ticket was that information included. When I purchased my ticket - all the site displayed was that there is a lot of flexibility and I choose the premium service which offered speedy refunds. None of this was true about the ticket I purchased. It is much easier to deal with airlines directly and get all the information about what you are purchasing.
I am so disappointed with this service. I have called and all I can do know is go through their claims process to try to get some kind of refund and may have to forfeit my ticket entirely :(
This is my first time using your app and it was so easy to use. I'll continue to be using it for more traveling experiences.
I wish I had read these reviews earlier! It's a fraudulent company, how can we get it closed. No one is interested in your problem, deal with it. The most they will do is get u to speak to Kris a robot and it will disappear... omg I can't really express what this company did to my family. It ruins lives
Total fraud. Will refuse to help you change your flight. All they do is send you between your email (please wait 24 to 72 hours) and the help center, where it can take upwards of 45 minutes to get connected to an agent. Then when you reach an agent, they can't say anything original. It's all scripted, so they can't actually answer your question. It's infuriating. Do not use them.
My experience was quite negative, I missed my flight due to long queues at the airport despite the fact that I arrived early, and being with a baby in my arms I had to go back home and buy a ticket again for the next day. On another day I was told to pay for the same bag weighing 8 kg (despite the fact that my ticket allowed me to carry 10 kg). I was definitely not satisfied with the level of customer service, who will return my money I've spent for nothing?

Edreams steal your money.This is not a dream
Just to let everyone know that recently edream went into my bank account without my permission from flights I booked last year.i was charged 54.00 euro for a subscription from last year that I was never asked about this year or emailed about.i contacted my bank to put a block on it...but by the time it went throw it was took out.
How is this legal.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
