I have very good experience with eDreams, helpful, cheap, good deals, on time...
Downloaded the app, booked and paid for a 1 way flight to Spain. The price went up during the booking which seems to be a theme and part of the scam.
The reservation was genuine however there was no way to check in or get a boarding card hence no way to do the electronic Spanish track and trace form as no seat number.
Customer service is a hopeless automated "bot".
EDreams apparently uses "screen scraper" to steal Ryanair logos etc to make it seem genuine.
Ryanair waved my £50 costs of checking in at the airport and I had to complete a paper trace form upon arrival in Spain but no thanks to Edreams.
Avoid at all costs.

My money was taken twice and i've tried to get a refund for 3 months. Avoid, customer service just talk from a script and make false promises and ask for me to wait, while they sort it. But nothing gets sorted.
My flight from Leeds to Dublin was cancelled 2 hours before. No warning. No notification. No one available to help at all. I had to make my own arrangements and drive to Manchester airport and incus significant extra costs. When I asked ground staff they told me it wasn't their problem. I will not be using you ever again

I am so disappointed in this company that words fail me.
I made reservation to rent a car 15 days before my trip, paid in full in advance. When I arrived to pick the car, on time, with all the documents required there was no car available.
I lost the event tickets I was going to, spent a fortune paying Uber for the weekend.
When I contacted eDreams next day they asked me for 20 working days to review my case and see if I am entitled to a refund.
This is revolting.
Impossible to get a hold of someone for any kind of customer service. Airline changed the flight schedule and it no longer worked for me. All that had to be done was to cancel and refund my ticket. It's been 5 days and cumulative 8 hours of waiting on hold over multiple calls and still have not been connected to the relevant department that can process the cancellation.
Their flight changing policy is unclear, you need to confirm by phone after you have requested it online (when I requested it online, I was told that I would pay a fare difference of 20 euros, 2 days later that became 250 euros). In 3 days I lost 225 euros which I will never see back. There was a mistake in my Prime membership which they were not willing or able to change, so I lost by that 54 euros. Very unreliable, hard to solve your problems, inconsistent service system. Extremely frustrating. I will never recommend edreams or use it myself.
I have booked three flights through dreams recently. It has been worse then the virus. It has been impossible to contact them and solve the problem. The airline cancelled the flight so I wanted to request a refund. They just want to offer another date. Please buy the flights directly from the airline, it is worthy. Trust me. I was supposed to travel this July 20 and still don't know if I will get my money back.
I booked my flight with eDreams. Due to a minor change in plans I called them to call what would be the charge if date was changed. I never gave authorization to cancel or change flight, however they went ahead and cancelled my flight and now they held on to my money for more than 2 years. During these two years I tried various methods to get back my money for example, I called them five time to open an investigation into the case as to why ticket was cancelled in the first place, they said they would review transcript and call back but they never call back each time I call they say its still ongoing. I even tried re-booking a different flight but they say I can only choose same origin and destination and the prices they quote for me are higher than what they show on their website by a about 600$.
This is very bad on eDreams part, this is a super fraud company cheating customers. I wish I had some connections to file a lawsuit on eDreams.

I booked ticket with edreams on October 2020 still waiting for refund. Funds has been released from air India side but edreams is not refunding they are holding my money. Every-time when i call they say we will raise a request and reach out to air India they keep lying all the time and now they are not answering my call i am not able to reach out to representative i tried 10 times so its clearly means i loose my money so please don't book your tickets with them you will loose your money!
Terrible terrible company to deal with.
I booked a flight, and they charged my credit card an extra $90 to what was displayed on screen when I selected 'pay'. When I followed up with customer service they asked me to prove it. Silly me, I assumed they were a legit company so didn't think to screenshot every step of the way.
I would advise to boycott this company, otherwise screen shot prior to payment, to ensure you have proof when they charge you whatever they feel like charging you.

I got a ticket from these guys they sent 3 different links for my travel 1 went through and the other ones didn't fo through as my bank blocked it luckily.
Now trying to get my money back for the transaction that went through as I never got an ticket I have had no response from the email or the phone number they were answering in 2 secs before they got hold of my card details.
Please be careful of these thieves
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
