They took 100% more from my bank account. Raised it as fraud with my bank as i never accepted the rate increase on the last step and abandoned the cart but they still proceeded to take my money while trying to get home to bury my mother. Absolutely disgusting company stay well away. SkyScanner is just as complicit by listing these con artists.
I covered a booking with their "cancellation for any reason" guarantee. Unfortunately, I had to cancel that travel.
Since December 2021, I've been contacting them to be teased with the promise "we'll process your refund within 10 working days" times and times again.
It's been A YEAR AND A HALF and they still keep my rightfully promised refund of £73.84.
Their customer service is painful to contact: they don't provide a telephone or email and you have to go via a time-consuming chat that doesn't allow to copy-paste info.

They charged me twice for the same service without permission (illegal and I will proceed with legal advice) and they never gave me a proper refund! They also charged me for seat reservation and when I traveled I had to sit apart from my partner in whatever seat and they still haven't refunded me this cost as well!
Unprofessional! Please stay away from them or you will regret, and most probably have a stressful trip!

I purchased a ticket from e-dreams on Dec 24 to go from Miami, FL to Barcelona, Spain on Thu Jan 17 2019 1 traveler, one-way, economy. The price was $290 on edreams.net. The search on the site site said that carry on (with 44 pounds) and meals are included. However, after going through the process of buying the ticket, I found out that the carry on limit is half (22 lbs) and no meals included. I could have bought these tickets through Norwegian cheaper! I am very upset and feel this is a bait and switch. I took a screen shot just in case there was a question about the luggage.
Now eDreams --after several days of communications back and forth-- is saying the information inaccurate was but it's not their fault.
Just booked my flights and several things are off here! They took the funds and its still processing no confirmation just a reference number and a generic email stating we may need to wait 24 hours. The worst part is when i went to look up the reference number and saw the passenger details both my husband's and my own birthday were off by a day. I double checked all the information before i submitted it. There's 0 chance i made that mistake. Conveniently enough they have options to pay for customer service to help make flight modifications. So they basically have it where either you pay for the extra support or they will make you pay for the support. Absolutely shameful! Stay away!
By the time I reached to airport, people working on the airline's check-in desk confirmed me that, one of my connecting flights does not even exist! Due to that I had to cancel whole itinerary. And its been more than a month eDreams has not refund me yet! They don't even have a customer service on phone call, all they provide is that chatting box.
The experience was great but like I said it's my first time using this and it's going to take time for me to figure out whether is good for me or not

Do not touch this company with a bargepole! I booked flights with them, Edinburgh-Faro and return, plus a hotel stay, in May/June 2022 and had to cancel (well within the time allowed) due to the sudden illness and hospitalisation of a family member. In trying to claim a refund, I have had nothing but knock-backs (in Spanish) ever since. My only regret in writing this review is that the overall rating allows nothing less than one star.
I've repeatedly experienced them showing a lower price and then increasing it on the payment page. Recently I was offered a free prime membership and accepted it to give the service a try. Same issue - offers "prime discounts" until the payment page. I finally called in to ask about this and was told that despite sharing screenshots of my prime account, confirmation emails, login showing I'm a prime member, they still tell me I'm not a member. I was transferred 4 times for that. Junk from the start...

I attempted to buy tickets from their website multiple times, using my bank's app to authorize payment. Every time (about 5 attempts) the eDreams website told me "transaction failed". So I bought the tickets elsewhere. After that eDreams sent me a confirmation that the purchase DID go through. Now they won't refund money -- in fact, they say they can only charge money they can't refund it. Company is a scam, stay away!
This travel agency is SUCH A SCAM. First of all, don't accept their free trial, they give you the runaround when you try to cancel. Second, they REFUSE TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL FLIGHTS. FOR ANY REASON INCLUDING MEDICAL. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM, PERIOD. Take your business elsewhere. They have AWFUL customer service. They just want your money and once they have your money, they don't care anymore. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY AT ALL EVER.

Edreams is a scam. They do not process your refunds and won't reply to emails. They shared limited information with you so that they can loot the money.
When you call you are put in agents from India who know nothing about anything and they kept you waiting for an hour. I had a booking with them and they didn't share the visa requirements for the transit flight. The flight didn't let me, board. I paid the insurance and I paid to be their prime member too. It has been almost a month since they haven't processed anything. Not refund anything. There App is useless and I can't modify my ticket and it still shows I have a booking. On the page of main airlines, they ask you to claim refunds through dreams but they do not do it for you. They show no sense of responsibility and walk away with your money.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
