Seriously, I knew what I wanted to book. I had trouble with the airline website (currency selection) and took a chance with eDreams. The name invites the characterization: eNightmare. I dodged through one upsell after another, trying to avoid, outthink and outsmart every extra benny and add-on hurdle I had to maneuver to get to the actual booking. I emerged drained of money and energy, a state that equals success for eDreams. Will the travel unfold as intended? Experience will offer the truth. Honestly HONESTLY! A straightforward travel website that is easy to navigate, makes sense, and offers a low frustration level seems like it would become an industry giant after this confusing mess.
Online booking was much easier than other booking companies. I received my booking confirmation right away.

I'm guessing it's because I booked on a Sunday evening, but my 2 bookings weren't confirmed until Monday morning and I got a duplicate email confirmation on one of them 3 hours apart which was confusing.

Always helpful and very informative, very easy to book and great service
Always use 3rd part websites when looking to book flights. Almost every time, eDreams comes out on top as far as cheapest fare. Only a few clicks later, flight is booked. Their website is extremely easy to navigate and I have never had a single issue!

My partners father had to cancel next day due to heart problem. We had paid insurance with them aswell. They literally took the lot! Unreal. Incident occurred last year. Everything is fine. I have nothing detailed to explain or describe here. I wanted an opportunity to change travelling date but it was not Possible. I go by the date I earlier subscribed.
I have been using eDreams for a while and every time the platform gives great options, good savings and the prime subscription is worthwhile. I received my booking within 24 hours and awaiting my e-ticket in the next couple of days.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
