I was some how worried as it took time before I was informed that my that my booking has been successfully processed and confirmed. I had initially expected to get the confirmation immediately after booking.

This company was new to me when I booked a flight back to the U.K. From Poland. I haven't actually made the journey yet, but so far so good
I booked my round trip flights through eDreams. I have received my confirmation from one of the airlines but not from the other.
I am hopeful because eDreams reached out to me. The idea of dealing with a European travel agency is difficult for me to understand, but their website was very easy to navigate.
This was the worse experience of my life flying they closed the doors 40 minutes early because they had a weather delay they handled it terrible at least half the flight didn't get on. One of my fellow officers told me never book with them again they treat there customers like $#*!

I have already noticed more than once when, when searching on aggregator sites, I am offered to buy through your site without prime status for the same price as with prime status when I search for tickets directly through the application. The discounts are fake, but sometimes even with these fake discounts through your service I can actually buy tickets cheaper.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
