I have just booked return flights to Porto and 2 airport hotel bookings for the first time with eDreams. It all seemed to work fine and at good prices.
Firstly I was given the choice of paying a £6 fee for having my luggage returned to me in case was lost. I truly believe that should be part of the airline duty to return it at no cost seeing as is they're mistake. Yet the airline doesn't have this fee, just your platform adds it as an extra cost.
Secondly, I have paid for Wizz Priority, which means I can choose the seat for free, but this option was not possiblebecause I booked the flight through your platform(I have made another booking for my partner from somewhere else for a flight with Wizz Priority and I chose his seat at no charge!)
The boarding card came few hours before my flight was due and got allocated a seat in the middle. When I wanted to change it I ended up paying £14 for it again!
No help from your support team whatsoever.
And the price difference from other platforms was few pounds. So I ended up paying more in the end and getting the unnecessary stress with it.

I suggest you this booking company because I always use it and its very easy to book flights with very good prices.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
