Very Good, thankyou so much it was very good booking flying
I booked 2 flights through their site as they offered me a free discount for their membership. It all seemed fine until the date of travel I received an email from the airline prompting me to do the check-in when I proceeded to do the check-in I realized the flight departure time was different that the one I purchased and was displayed on the e-dreams booking manager (3hrs and 30mins later to be precise) This change would mean I wouldn't make my connecting flight. I reached out to the relevant airline who mentioned that there had been no flight departure changes. In fact, there had never been a flight with the departure time that was sold to me. They prompted me to reach out to the agency as even if they wanted to accommodate me in a different flight they cannot do booking changes if the flight was purchased through an agency (edreams). I reached out to edreams who basically washed their hands saying as the flight was within 72 hours of the departure they could not do any changes to my booking regardless of having sold a fake departure time and me having paid for their premium subscription which promotes them handling any booking changes needed. 2 hours before the flight I received an email from edreams announcing a change in departure time which I knew was fake... there had not been any flight departure changes they just sell fake departure times and accommodate all the passengers on the existing ones and announce the departure time on the day of the flight. If the time doesn't suit you there is nothing you can do because they announce it the day of the flight when their policy allows them to not be responsible for having to deal with it. To not loose both of my flights I ended up having to take the first flight with the new departing time miss my second flight and having to purchase a new layover flight as eDreams was not taking any responsibility and the relevant airlines did not make any changes to their flight departure times.
Was very quick and easy to book my flight.
Got my travel plans in good time.

DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS COMPANY. I WAS CHARGED 1020. 00 for flights to Iquitos Peru, I missed my 1st flight and all my other flights were cancelled by eDreams and there was nothing I could do about it, I had already booked another flight and flew to Lima but when I got there I found that eDreams had cancelled ALL my flights including my return flights. This they had no right to do and I had to pay another $900 to get home. Every time I spoke with a advisor they couldn't or wouldn't tell me who cancelled my flights. Telling me it's the system that cancelled them?... they couldn't give me any phone numbers or contact details of who cancelled my flights or how I could address this issue, they have blatantly stole my money and are being evasive on how I can address this issue... they are the worse travel company I have ever dealt with... DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. IAM TAKING THIS FURTHER WITH IATA AND ABTA... THIS COMPANY IS USELESS USE AT YOUR PERIL... DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! They are $#*!e

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
