Using eDreams "PRIME" service, I recently booked a flight and hotel package with eDreams. First-hand, I can confidently say that my experience with this company was nothing short of a disaster. From their unhelpful customer service representatives to their disregard for urgent requests, eDreams has proven itself to be an unreliable and unprofessional travel service.
The trouble began when I had to cut short my trip and needed to change my return flight to Washington, DC. Upon contacting eDreams for assistance, I was met with a cold and dismissive response. They claimed it was too late to modify my ticket and instructed me to call a toll-free number instead. What followed was a series of infuriating interactions with their customer service representatives that left me with a growing sense of frustration and helplessness.
The first representative I spoke to over the phone displayed an appalling lack of competence. She failed to provide any viable solutions and promised that someone would contact me within 24 to 48 hours. Ignoring the fact that I needed immediate help and had to leave within 48 hours, she brushed off my concerns and showed no empathy for the urgency of my situation. To make matters worse, when I requested to speak with a supervisor, she couldn't even connect me to one, further highlighting the incompetence and lack of professionalism within eDreams' ranks.
Eventually, after changing the time frame for their response by an additional 24 hours, another representative reached out to me on the day of my initial return flight. By that time, I had already made alternative arrangements with Delta Airlines. Despite the inconvenience and stress their negligence caused, the eDreams representative made no effort to offer any form of compensation or meaningful assistance. Instead, the rep could only muster a half-hearted apology and said my ticket was non-refundable, which only served to add insult to injury. I didn't ask for a refund. I asked for a partial refund after the fact.
It was abundantly clear that eDreams lacked the basic communication skills and competence necessary to handle customer issues effectively.
In summary, my experience with eDreams has left me deeply dissatisfied and disappointed. The company's customer service was severely lacking, and their inability to address urgent matters in a timely and satisfactory manner is simply unacceptable. I caution anyone considering using eDreams for their travel needs to think twice and explore more reliable and reputable alternatives in the market. Save yourself the headache and avoid this nightmarish experience altogether. Yes, I immediately canceled its prime service.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
