Her dad hasn't been well and the other EconomyBookings in the area was not helpful at all, Jailynne was nice, sweet not to mention extremely helpful even making sure to call around and understanding when we did not want a pickup truck! They did not resolve my problem and they've made me wait for one month and a half for an answer from (once I've received an answer back from Hertz 3 weeks ago). I don't want a voucher, I'll not book a car rental with Economy Bookings anymore and my case doesn't fit into any of those clauses of "no refund" indicated at the email received "resolving" my case, I didn't fail to pick up the car, HERTZ failed to deliver my car on the pick up day and time and I wasn't warned that the car wasn't going to be available for me until I arrived to the airport, I agreed on return on the next day to make the pick up first time in the morning, I went there and there was no system available to make the pick up, I've waited for more than one hour and the attendant told me that he could cancel my pick up with no charges once there were just a few hours until the end of my rental (that was booked for only one day) and they failed to deliver the car for me.
So I want my money back in a full refund of 38.16GBP, once I've also contacted Hertz, they had a good comprehension about my case and they informed me (3 weeks ago) that they've made a full refund to Economy Bookings, so this isn't an act of good will, you guys are taking my money and at the same time offering a smaller value of 30GBP in a voucher to spend again with you and have more headaches in the future.
Hertz returned my money to Economy Bookings. I want my money back, not a "good will voucher" and I want this problem solved with agility, not in more 1 month and a half time waiting.

It was a busy day at the store but the process to rent a vehicle was remarkable! Each person was given the attention needed.
All of the employees that work here are incredibly nice and accommodating. I need a rental at least a few times a month aan will continue to go out of my way to use this location.
