Paid in full for a car rental over a month in advance of the trip. Due to COVID-19 the trip was cancelled and so was the car rental a week prior to the rental of the car. I was told a full refund would be issued but it may take awhile. 45 days is more than patient and still no refund. They have not answered email and they do not answer the phone anymore. I have no choice but to refute the charge. I've never had to do this if that tells you anything about the integrity of this company. Terrible that they have taken advantage of their customers by holding refund money.
I prefer EconomyBookings Rental car because there is no hassle. The service is excellent. When compared to other rental car services, they are the best.

Whenever I'm heading home to Metz, I always rent a car from EconomyBookings. They have a nice selection to chose from. The ladies at the help desk seemed to have been there as long as I have been traveling back home for these last 10 years.
Honest and reasonable rates. With tax and a kid booster seat, we paid for a roomy sedan for 3 days...

My friend had lost an item in one of their rentals (on two occasions - don't ask)... in both instances they were courteous and able to retrieve the relevant items back to their rightful owners.
It was great... except we had a hard time finding the car rental center to return the car... but that was on us
