The Rental Car return process was very easy and I was on my way to the gate within 5 minutes. I was very pleased with my experience with EconomyBookings and recommend them to those needing a Rental Car.

My experience with EconomyBookings, at the Indianapolis airport was excellent. I arrived from my flight, got my bag, and went directly to the EconomyBookings pick-up location. I was greeted by the attendant with a Good Morning, a Smile, and How can I help you? My reservation was ready so, I signed the paperwork and was taken the available Rental Cars where I chose the one I wanted

Once you get to the rental company they add on insurance and fees that are not mentioned. When you try to call and cancel, it automatically hangs up. Refunds are pointless and this business steals your money!

I called around everywhere trying to book a car for not quite being 25 years old yet. I got as far as an extra fee per day with other car rental places but they all required a major credit card which I cannot get yet

Was a great experience! Easily reserved online and when I picked up the rental it was an upgraded automobile and there was no additional charge! Wow! Courteous and helpful staff

Darius was very helpful! The location was difficult to find, as it's in the airport and not labeled. However, once I arrived, Darius helped set me up and explained rental policy for state employees.

Car was ready & in good condition. A small issue with billing, but, Whitney demonstrated what excellent customer service should be like and quickly remedied. Would definitely rent here again.
