Unlike one other EconomyBookings location that require a current utility bill in order to rent a vehicle from them.

I worked with Isaac, it was a total a complete blessing because he's so patient. He was by himself for a little while, he did the incoming, answered phone calls and made reservations all with a smile

Its completely difficult to make any changes to your existing reservation. I try to get ahold of them by email never got any respond, and I try to contact them by phone no luck either. I don't recommend this company

They didnt have what i reserved, so they upgraded me, free of charge. Its great, the people are great and i will definitely keep using the service, very well pleased.

Save your time and money and go to a well known rental car company instead of the bottom of the barrel car companies like fox rental who take advantage of the renter and charge you cleaning fees and damages you didn't cause. Take detailed pictures and videos before renting. Be safe and not sorry, I will no longer use economybookings for my car rental needs.

I have worked with both EconomyBookings (Goshen & Elkhart). If there has ever been a problem, they do their best to correct any problems. I have gotten free gas and rental days. And with EconomyBookings plus, I have earned enough points to get at least 4 or more free rental days! I wouldn't rent from anywhere else!

Got off the train at 7:30 am called on my reservation had a van and driver pick me up, my rental was ready to go, dropped it off the next morning with the key in the drop box.

It's always a pleasure renting from this office because the staff knows me well now and they look after my requests well. In very rare instances where, due to short timing, I wasn't able to get the vehicle of my first choice. The comparable vehicle served well.
