We received prompt and friendly service when we rented from here. The car was clean and lacked that 'rent a car' smell you sometimes can get from rental places. Bonus: It's less expensive than renting from somewhere in Chicago.

My reservation was transferred from another store and Patty Fernandez took care of everything. She called to verify the reservation and upgraded me from economy to a Dodge Challenger.
I am grateful for the above and beyond customer service provided by the manager at my recent rental location in Skokie, IL. I arrived 30 minutes after closing and caught the manager leaving
One star is already one too many! I booked a car on 1 March and cancelled the same day. I immediately received a confirmation email promising a full refund within 5-21 days. It is now 125 days and more than 12 emails later. Economy are now claiming no-repayment due to Covid-19. My claim and their agreement was before the WHO declared a pandemic on 11 March and unrelated. Shameful. I shall not give up however. I am instigating legal proceedings and intend to publish concerns on as many sites as possible. Intend to pursue them by all means possible... I suggest all the hundreds of others who have had similar bad treatment do the same.

I have used Economy Booking every time for the last 3 years. They have been less expensive than all other rental groups and the car companies have accepted our contracts every time. We always pay up front and have never had more charges added on. I had a family emergency and the people working for this company were so helpful and understanding. They worked with me which made my circumstance less stressful. I will always use Economy Booking for all my rentals.
On July 22nd 2020 I booked a car for August 2nd through August 9th. After I was completed and went to print out the voucher the company's computer system change my booking. Date to August 24th through August 28th. The first time I called up this company I was on the phone for 35 minutes and then they hung up without answering the phone. Then I press number one. And I was greeted by a racist black bastard who would not help me and who hung up on me when I told them what occurred. He called me a f****** lying white cracker bastard. I didn't call back Woody additional times and when he saw it was my number he just hung up without answering. This company is a f****** scam run by a bunch of racist black motherfukers. I am putting a stop payment on my credit card
