I had an excellent experience renting a minivan. We rented last minute after having a terrible experience at another EconomyBookings and Bobby was extremely helpful and accommodating

Took my car to the dealership and needed a rental thereafter. EconomyBookings was very helpful. I liked that they called the next day with a follow up call to make sure the rental and service were fine.

Thank you Raymond Centeno/ Bobbie Siler at the Ogden location. I was having my car serviced at Ron's R & B Autobody and within 5 minutes after calling for pick-up EconomyBookings Team Member was there! I was in and out of their office within 10 minutes.

Top notch customer service! Victor, very personable and friendly. Definitely will rent from here again. Hooked us up with a nice car in a matter of minutes. Victor also was kind enough to suggest restaurants in the area and provided any other info we needed. Reasonable rates as well.

I have been a member of the EconomyBookings Rent-A-Car family for many years and again they have not disappointed me. They always are pleasant to deal with and when situations arise they are quick to resolve the issue.

Once we found the right area, it was real fast. We got right in and right out when returning the car.

They deleted our booking without reason 10 days before our travel.
They have also withdrawn a part of the total amount from our credit card.
At the end we had to book a last minute car with another company paying double.
AV this rental company, they are scams!

Contract says full refund up to 48 hours before pick up. When I try to cancel 2 months ahead, they now require I agree to a $75 fee or I can't cancel. I try to call and the customer service line hangs up if you press the button "existing customer". I had to actually dispute the credit card bill in order to obtain my refund. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Timeka (manager) provided outstanding customer service when Enterprise failed to work with me. Definitely sticking with EconomyBookings henceforth.

I reserved a Midsize SUV and wasn't happy with my assigned vehicle, so the gentleman in the Gold Booth gave me a complimentary upgrade to a GMC Terrain with AWD and barely 4000 Miles on the clock, which handled the snowy roads of Michigans Upper Peninsula perfectly.

Waited only 10 minutes for the shuttle to take me to the lot. Once I was at the office it only took 10 minutes to complete all the paperwork and I was off driving the rental vehicle...

I had to rate this spot because of the number of abnormally low ratings. My experience from start to finish was great. $70 for an economy car for 2 days. No hidden fees. Shuttle driver was the nicest guy

Alfredo, the shuttle driver, was awesome. Knew his repeat customers by name and made the 10 min drive to the rental lot pleasureable. We got upgraded which is always nice but even our price on the original vehicle was great value!

Ust had the best car rental experience at EconomyBookings in Bristol, O'hare Airport! The staff members were so nice and I was on the road in minutes. When I returned it 5 days later, they remembered me and asked me about my trip. Such great energy there! And Khalim was so nice and helpful!

I rent here every 4 - 6 weeks or so and my experience has been nothing but good. I get a great car, great rates, it's straight forward, no issues at pick-up, and I'm never confused by my charges.

Car was clean, good working order and the staff was pleasant and helpful! Zac the shuttle was friendly and Sherman got me into the car quickly! If I am ever in the Chicago area again I will be renting from them again.

So far so good. Check out experience went very well. We'll see upon the return of the vehicle how that part goes.
