I've got a good experience with them, and I just got in love with the car I got from here. They have a large variety of cars, you've got the possibility to chose from some cheap cars to some more luxurious brands.

EconomyBookings is a great example of what a competitive free-enterprise system can produce. No government-run enterprise could ever produce this kind of efficiency and high quality performance..

Also being able to return the vehicle and have the same convenience of a shuttle ride back to terminals.

I haven't rented a car from EconomyBookings in a long time because the experience wasn't good. But I thought I'd try again because the prices were good. I was so pleasantly surprised at the change.

I rent and returned a midsize car from London airport last week. This was my second time to rent a car from EconomyBookings. My experience is great and I will rent next time. Only one thing I hope is there is more discount for loyalty customers next time.

A professional and thoughtful staff. It was a few minutes at the desk with no hard sales pitch. Then my choice of 15 SUV's in the row. Everyone was super helpful.

After a long day of traveling and hassles with airlines, the EconomyBookings was the *best* part of our traveling. They had more than enough staff helping everyone get in and on their way, and getting your car was as easy as "pick any one in that row and the keys are in it." Their process was beyond efficient and the staff were wonderfully kind and helpful. Great experience.

Cancelled my policy when it was free. They've since now said they will be charging me a fee and paying back my money minus cancellation fee within 90 days.

We're now 100 days plus and I've received nothing still.
That they're clearly putting false positive reviews on here is infuriating AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY

From the beginning at the counter until the car return, all the experience was simply excellent, even considering limitation of Covid times. Car had very low mileage, clean and all functioning.

I have rented a car from here a couple of times. The car we rented was wonderful. We had it for over a week & had no problems. The staff was friendly for the pick up & return.

They picked me up and were super nice and helpful, the cars have gotten really fancy since I owned one in the 80's.

Nice people at this location. People in Skokie location are vey rude and disrespectful. I used to rent fruition that location but stopped.

Staff was cool and during the return process Josiah showed me that he wants my repeat business. Didn't just tell me, but showed me. Dropping me off at home after my rental was over was a big plus. I was planning on walking and they offered, I didn't think to bring it up.

They usually have a large selection of cars to choose from and the prices are surprisingly usually lower than airport locations. The staff also tries to help you out as best as possible and upgraded me on multiple occasions free of charge.

I am picky about the car I get, and they are always polite and deal with me in a professional manner! I appreciate their kindness and great customer service!
