I've been renting from this location for the past few months. The process is easy they get me in and out in under ten minutes. The cars are always clean and ready upon my arrival.

Pretty easy to get to from most places in the city and even burbs as it's close to the Kennedy. Great EconomyBookings location!

This is by far my favorite location. Never had an issue getting in and out. Very friendly, flexible and professional. It's super close to my job which makes it even more convenient for me. Keep up the great work

They answered all my questions, made sure I was taken care of, helped me out with a problem on the vehicle I rented and made my return as quick and painless as possible when I told them I was late getting to the airport for a flight. Much appreciated EconomyBookings staff!

First I was told because I was working in America and had booked the vehicle online that they would need proof of credit card and driving licence

When I sent this in they then proceeded to tell me I would not be insured and had to cancel the booking as I had made this booking online in the usa and then you have to wait for up to 90 days for a refund

Was little hesitant after reading a lot of negative reviews but took my chance. Special mention to Paul B. At garage, he is such a gentleman and was very helpful!

EconomyBookings has always been the most helpful of the car rental places especially in Glenview IL where at time I rent weekly.

This is my go to place for family get away travel or when my car (that's very old) decides its going to take a vacation! I can easily access reservations from my cellphone and they send confirmation immediately. When I call the location they always provide friendly and courteous service.

I had a very good experience with EconomyBookings. The staff was friendly and easy to deal with. My car was clean and since I had to go to South Bend, I was very glad it had cruise control and got GREAT! Gas mileage.

I have rented from EconomyBookings at O'hare 6 times this year and will be going back. It is very convenient to the airport and I did not have to wait very long to get picked up by the shuttle. Staff was courteous and quick.

I was immediately teased with the quality for the very low rate. It is an off site rental, but the shuttle was very efficient.

EconomyBookings was able to do everything Hertz could not. I was offered an upgrade which I gladly accepted, the price of which was quite reasonable
