Rude. Poor service. Need I say more? When my flight was cancelled due to Southwest airline's system-wide failure, they were not helpful and refused to change my reservation pick-up time to a later time. I didn't even ask for a discount. When I spoke to a Fox representative, they said that because I booked through a third-party, I need to have them make the change and then my reservation would be fine on their end. I can't express how rude they were! I couldn't even change the driver so that I wouldn't loose my paid reservation.
Great experience for us with the EconomyBookings Rental facility, fast and friendly service at the counter. We rented a mid size suv, it was very clean and was nearly new. It had all of the features we needed was very comfortable. The return process was quick and easy.
I cancelled my booking four (4) months in advance and they would not refund my full amount. Very unfriendly and unprofessional. I could understand if it was closer to pick up date that they wouldn't refund my money; but it was FOUR months in advance. I got another car for much cheaper thru Hotwire.
Booking was easy and affordable. I had to cancel 2 days off my original rental because the airlines canceled and rescheduled my return flight early. The rental agency was great and reimbursed 2 of the days within a few hours of my contact with them. This is a big plus to me.
I have worked with both EconomyBookings (Goshen & Elkhart). If there has ever been a problem, they do their best to correct any problems. I have gotten free gas and rental days. And with EconomyBookings plus, I have earned enough points to get at least 4 or more free rental days! I wouldn't rent from anywhere else!
Economy Booking was a total scam. I was looking for the best deal on the internet for a trip to Dublin Ireland and found Economy Booking offered the best price. I booked the rental car for 7 days and the site suggested I add the full coverage insurance from a third party because their insurance is excluded in Ireland for US citizens. Then they offered me the third party insurance on their site to purchase. I went ahead and paid 139.03 EUR (151.09 USD). When I arrived in Dublin Eurocar said they could not accept the payment from Economy Bookings and I had to pay Eurocar another 353.83 EUR for the 7 Days. When I got back to the US I contacted *******@bookinggroup.com to explain the situation and request a refund. It took 4 emails before I good any response. To make a long story short It took them 45 days to get back to me declining by refund. They swindled my money and I ended up paying 492.86 EUR for using Economy Booking!
Booked a car in arizona for vacation. Good price,, but that is where the positive ends. We arrive in phoenix and find out there terminal is not located at airport. We walked for about a mile to get to place where there shuttle is suppose to pick us up. Others waiting as well,,, no show for hours,,,, it took me1 hour to finaly get a hold of someone. They said no more shuttles are running and they did not know why. I told them i would take a uber or lyft to where car is located. They said it was all closed down,,,,, told me to rent from someone else and wont refund my money becasue i did not cancel with a 48 hour notice,,, still have me money

Very quick and smooth check in at the counter with the rep already having everything lined up! The valet (?) very quickly drove the car around and made all checks. We were on the way in less than 10min!
The car was clean and ready for us when we arrived in Seattle. The agent was the friendliest and most helpful of any that I have encountered ever.
He couldn't have been more helpful in directing us and showing us how to get around in Seattle. The car we had booked was unavailable at the time we arrived, but he put us in a better rental and was most helpful. The man in the booth we picked up the car at was courteous and helpful as well. I would not hesitate to rent again from Fox no matter where I might travel. There was no problem since we had prepaid so, the only surprise was when we turned in the car that Seattle has a daily fee that we had to pay. Of course we know that is not the fault of Fox, but it would have been nice to know beforehand. No one at the rental office mentioned it when we picked up the car.
Booked and received confirmation email from the firm rental was ready for pick-up. Rental car company wouldn't deliver rental because I was a local renter. That is stated in a tiny disclosure on page 4 of the rental agreement. They also charged in Euros even though I paid in dollars. They refused to find me a new rental and were unwilling to refund the $177.02 I was charged initially for the rental I couldn't even get. Have filed a dispute with my credit card company and EconomyBookings is fighting me. They have told the CC company they delivered as promised. Will never use this company again.

Best price I could find for a compact car(Nissan Versa) $70 total for 3 days. Booked the car at the BWI airport & took shuttle to rental facility & picked my car. It was a wonderful experience. Thanks a lot of the EconomyBookings company for operational and high-quality work. Ordered delivery of the Mercedes Gl 500 car, took it for two weeks for long trips, has ordered car in the evening where around 21:00 definitely I do not remember that, and since the morning I was taken by the manager and has told that I would leave and has accepted the car, it has very much surprised me frankly speaking, did not expect such fast and early delivery. The truth the driver who has driven car was some not really smiling.
Generally service I can recommend me on skolka these children very much have helped out, I think not last time I will address them.

When I made my 12 day booking, the website offed "full coverage collision insurance for $75.00. I bought it. When I arrived at the Thrifty Rental at DFW to pick up the car they said that this "full coverage" was an Economy Bookings scam. It only reimbursed up to $1500. That wouldn't cover a fender, so I went ahead and bought the $28/day real collision coverage. I immediately tried to call Economy Bookings to get a refund and after being on hold and many line transfers, it asked if I wanted to pay for an international call to Latvia. Thrifty said every Economy Bookings customer complains about them and nothing gets resolved. I explained the situation and asked for a $75. Refund on their website and they said no. Even the rental car company said they were scammers! Beware!
EconomyBookings.com FRAUD car Rental company -they don't care about their customers - they never answer complains, you just get an automatic email answer - never book a car with them! They don't follow their confirmation is CRAP as you are charged more than the rental when you pick up your car!

I strongly disadvise. First, the actual costs are higher than what is in offer. The advance payment does not come on time, the insurance is not honored by the car company, and if you want to ask for explainations, no one will response for your emails.

This is a fraudulent company. They charged my card and gave me no car. Phone numbe ron their voucher is wrong. If u phone them they say email us and if i email them asking for refund they do not respond. I am surprised why companies like green motion, money supermarket do business with them. This company should be fined and banned. They say they will respond to emails but trust me, they will not respond. They subcontract to ACE and ACE sub-contracts to green motion and none takes any responsibility of no-car but yes-charge.
When I arrived at the airport rental car counter, the lady informed me that the car I had reserved wasn't available. She said that if I wanted another car, I would have to pay double the amount I had already paid because the insurance provided by EconomyBookings didn't cover Budget Rent a Car. After a lot of discussion, I was left without a car in a foreign country where people don't speak my language and hardly speak English. I returned to Brazil and requested my refund with numerous photographed, documented, and signed pieces of evidence, but they don't even respond to me anymore. I lost 400 USD.

In Aug. 2017, I booked a car from Economy Booking website, Booking Number (B*******) for 10 days with a total cost of 388.63 Euro, they mentioned that the amount due is 146.47 Euro and the amount pay when i receive the car is 242.16 Euro will be charge by Megadrive, the company will give me the car so they charged my credit card 146.47 Euro. I return the car to Mega drive after 7 days on 20Aug. 2017, they calculate the total rent and send me the final invoice which equal to 367.00 Euro. I sent email to Mega drive asking about the due amount (146.47 Euro)that the Economy Booking charged my credit card in the beginning of the reservation, they answer me that it is not included in the rental cost, so the Economy Booking Company wrongly charged me 142.47 Euro. They took the money which they don't deserve. I sent them several email, but no response.
Answer: They do not just delay. When something goes wrong, they never intend to make good ony any of their promises: they do not call or write back, they do not follow up, and sure as hell they do not pay you anything unless you force them to, and that (in my experience) can only be done via the courts. This company is rotten and everyone should stay away from them.
Answer: Economy Booking is based in Europe and is impossible to deal with. I would never use them again. I got my money back (the down payment taken off at the time of booking) by using better Business Bureau and going after the US rental company.
