I was in new york last year, when I exited from the airport, I needed to get to the hotel. But I booked a car in advanced and it was waiting me near the parking. The interior of the car was very clear, and there were much fuel in the car. I can recommemd this service to other travelers

The service was good. The Advantage agent was very friendly and helpful. In fact, he upgraded my car at no additional cost. That came in really handy. We could use the rental car to haul 5 people. The next time I rent a car in Minneapolis I will definiately use your company and Advantage Rent A Car.
I rented a car from them. It was not cheap. I had to cancel over one week before the pick-up and requested a refund. Their cancelation policy says " If you cancel 48 hours or more prior to your pick up, you will be refunded minus the cancellation fee of 20.00 EUR." So I booked the car. However, AFTER I paid and got the voucher it said no cancelations. I lost my money. Totally dishonest!
I knew better than to rent from such a cheap place... but I still did it. I gave them my info, received my voucher, flew to Miami & took all the necessary items with me to the agency on the voucher- RentMax (when I saw that on the voucher I had concerns). I arrived at RentMax & they stated that they had not been paid by EconomyBookings & therefore could not accept my voucher. Even though the voucher states that I paid it & there was a reservation number for RentMax & proof on my credit card that I had paid it, they didn't care at all. They offered to rent me a car at an outrageous price with all kinds of fees- super frustrating. I didn't even have enough left open on my card at that point to get another rental. Of course all disputes have to go thru e-mail, can't get a hold of a real live person, so far I have received an auto-response telling me they are diligently looking into the matter & it could take 30 days. My advice- Spend the extra money & go with a reputable company!
Car was very clean, very new. Airport shuttle service was very good, very quick, efficient, professional. Staff was very helpful, friendly. Nice throughout the experience.
Have an issue Just waited an hour to get the car as long queueing of customers to collect the car midnight as staff took very long to deal a customer which probably has an issue. The other staff should have accommodated other customers instead of waiting.
Security Deposit money is too high and only acceptable on credit card. I rented car from Italy, Switzerland, Germany France they accepted debit card and security deposit is between €400 to €500.
Returning car processing was quick, staff did really great job. Very curteous.
Rest of the things are really very nice.
Shuttle service guys were very professionals.
Terrible company, cancelled 2 hire cars at the beginning of lockdown. I called and was promised a refund in 90 working days at the end of March2020. I accepted this rather than take a voucher. Way over 90 days now and still waiting. They closed the phone lines down for refunds and reply to emails with copy and paste text saying they've changes their policy to do with 'acts of god, pandemics etc' and also say they do not refuse refunds, presumably to get out of a insurance payouts too. (Do not get confused with EconomyCover with similar colour scheme on their logo/website). Will try and complain to ombudsman.
I rented a suv for my vacation 3 adults went vehicle had plenty of room for everyone. We had a Rogue. Lots of space in back. The gas mileage was fantastic. I defiantly will rent again in Aug or Sept for my next vacation.
Was able to rent a car through economy bookings for a cheaper price than going direct with rental car company. Only downside is, if you need to return the car somewhere else other than when you bpoked, its hard to do because you rented with a voucher. It happened to me as my mother who was traveling with me, had a heart attack (2 hours from the airport drop off location) while getting ready to return the car. But, I got an understanding manager on the phone at the facility I rented from who allowed me to return the car to annee location, 15 minutes from the hospital my mom was admitted to, instead of having to drive 2 hours to he original drop off location and again back. I would use Economy bookings again.
Love this company. Always such great value. Not always the best known names but not been let down yet and have rented often on many locations
I attempted to book a rental back in June of 2022. Upon "confirming" I cancelled the order within 10 min of pressing the "booking" button because I needed to change the times. Economy bookings IS and does advertise refunds for rentals up until a certain point. But, weirdly, my initial booking never was sent to me and I was never given a confirmation for that initial booking. I was still charged for it and never refunded even though I did cancel it - I emailed several times just to get a refund for that I totally cancelled reservation. First time I was told they couldn't find the reservation in the system. Then they ghosted me. Tried to dispute it through credit card company and economy bookings apparently told them that they don't do refunds for "picked up" reservations even though it was never picked up, and two a magic confirmation number appears even. After I was told there wasn't one. They still refuse to refund me the money and continue to ignore me.

I have booked to rent a car at the Geneva airport. After I have paid, I received an email with a title "Voucher for security deposit Full Coverage B*******". At the 'Hertz Dollar" desk in th Geneva airport didn't accept this booking and i had to pay a new contract in order to have a car.

This company are modern day thieves ie they take your rental fee from a Debit Card but you don't get me car if you don't have a Credit Card? Please don't rent from them! And no Refunds either
Luckily Hertz do accept Debit Card on car pick up

U must know your vendors be they have contract with poor vendors as well a must see who the vendor is when u book
For instance if u see economy bookings on your deal dont go with it bec it might end up with a fraudulent vendor
To make it simple Ace, fox are the only reputable comp from the off brands as far as almo hertz dollar thrifty etc are called top of the line companies

We had a very positive experience at the Atlanta GA airport expecially during the return. My husband needs a wheelchair when traveling and I just didn't know how we would manage with our luggage and the wheelchair once we dropped off the car. You have to get on a train with everything you have to get to the airport terminal. Thrifty was so accomodating-we stayed in our rental and a really nice Thrifty employee drove us to the terminal. I told him he had no idea how much that consideration relieved our stress. We would definitely rent from Economybookings again!
Never deal with United or SurPrice at Casablanka! The worst companies I meet. They give absolutely exhausted dangerous cars. The type of car could be another that you booked one. Repair wheel will be "not for repaire" for sure so during you trip you will have to buy new will at least one time.
Personal never answer for calls. And almost don't speak English.
They work together in kind of "franchising".
I used SurPrice in Greece, it was ok, but after this trip - never and nowhere!

I had been booking a car with them in Tenerife. Almost all the booking fee had been debited instantly to the credit card. According to the cancellation policy the booking could be canceled until 48 hours before the rental date. The bad news are in the small print! I had to cancel the booking and I was informed that the amount (minus the cancellation insurance fee of EUR 13.99) WITHIN 45 BUSINESS DAYS! This is outrageous. They keep using our money and after 2 months no one will be able to complaint about the card transaction. Better to pay a few euros more and get your money back instantly if you have to cancel your booking.
I booked for august and wanted to change the time of pick up, texted them via mail to amend it for me bcs I did not have that option, they did it and sent me the wrong invoice to pay extra for it, they amended the dates which I did not ask for. Of course I didn't show up for these dates, bcs it wasn't the date I wanted. I asked for the support and they said they are sorry. I am not sure what they are sorry maybe for their $#*!ed employee who should push copy paste task. I payed extra money for amend and their emplyee put it wrong. If they made mistake it us must to have an alternative!

The car we got was a new, clean Nissan Sentra with all the bells and whistles! What a great price for three days! And dropping it off couldn't have been easier! I wasn't even late for work that morning!
Answer: They do not just delay. When something goes wrong, they never intend to make good ony any of their promises: they do not call or write back, they do not follow up, and sure as hell they do not pay you anything unless you force them to, and that (in my experience) can only be done via the courts. This company is rotten and everyone should stay away from them.
Answer: Economy Booking is based in Europe and is impossible to deal with. I would never use them again. I got my money back (the down payment taken off at the time of booking) by using better Business Bureau and going after the US rental company.
