I paid for insurance for a six day rental when I reserved my car. Then when I picked up my car from Fox rental I was charged again. Over $170. I can't get either company to give me a refund. I will never use either company again and I hope this serves as a warning to future people booking a vehicle.

Quick, easy and always a good car. It is easy to rent a car. You can book online, you know immediately if the car of your choice is available. The price is right, no surprises, no extra's if you don't want or need them. No fuss at delivery nor at the returning of the car. Just good.
My partner and I were traveling to Sedona for a wedding a renting a car for a weekend. Unfortunately I lost my drivers license right before the trip, so I wanted to have my partner rent the car. Economy bookings would not allow any changes on the reservation, even though Avis who the car was through said usually it's no big deal to change this. The EB against even lied to me and told me this was Avis fault, but when I put him on the phone with the Avis agent it became clear it was Economy bookings issue that they refused to help make any changes. To make matters worse it was a busy weekend and Avis was sold out of all other cars so we couldn't even just rebook. We spent over two hours trying to get this resolved and ended up spending twice as much to rent a car. The agent also promised me a refund for my original reservation and today I received an email stating that they would not provide me a refund. This company is so shady and unreliable! Avoid at all costs!
This was the first time that I have used economybookings. The service was outstanding, as I booked my car hire at short notice, but everything was completed in good time and my car was waiting for me on arrival at the airport in the USA.
The affiliate staff in the USA were extremely polite, attentive and professional and took the time to explain things such as the Toll road system in Texas, and also the insurance and fuel policies
The real bonus was the price. Approximately half what I paid going direct to another car hire company.
I travel abroad very regularly, and now Atlaschoice will be my "go to" company for car hire
The worst company in the world! They out sourced my car rental to a disaster company called Usave. They proceeded to give my car away 1 hr after my flight landed. I had no idea a company could give a rental car away in such a short window. You have to take 15 buses to even reach this crooked company. Will never do business with any car rental company other than the reputable companies. NIGHTMARE

Service is great but car could be better. Our anyway. Service was quick, service desk person gave me my paper and when I get to the parking I showed the girl the paper all she did she took the paper, and told me the car is there the key is inside. That's it.

I was not able to complete a booking online so I had to call their customer service. The representative who helped me complete the booking for me. The service when I picked up my car was very good. The car provided was in excellent condition.
The convenience of "skip the counter" is wonderful. It is great to be able to walk off the plane, walk straight to the car (after verifying with the attendant and showing ID) and pull out. Easy returns and receipt emailed.
Great experience with great price and product.The only 1 thing i did not like is the price for insurance to cover up the car at the counter especially for me, i rented the car for 1 month.The service was great at the counter.
I feel quite satisfied with the service offered by: Economybooking. They really have a very varied catalog with respect to vehicles, and the best thing is that they are in optimal conditions.

Convenience is always the top priority. Location of car rental counter must be visibly located, registration done and easy collection of car. Also for return of car, it was very convenient and the car key was dropped at the box. Very convenient.
I was charged twice to rent the car! Economy booking charged $75.02 and at the end of booking with them I paid $12.02 then when I go to get the car, I had to pay the car rental place what they wanted for renting and get the insurance and the deposit. I knew about the insurance and deposit prior to going however, economy booking just rented me a car that was not theirs to rent and charged a booking fee and the only thing that economy did was call a local car rental and make a reservation for me and it cost me $87.04. I booked a car hire online and the price at the end of the booking when I did payment was not the price quoted. I called immediately and emailed to cancel but was unable to get through. I spoke to someone the next day who said I would get a refund. Spoke to a different person a few days later who said no refund a very unprofessional company I would not advise using

By the quality of the car itself. Everything is beautiful here: both externally and internally everything was fine: the car was clean both externally and in the salon and! What we feared she was absolutely perfect in every sense. Never failed.
The service was satisfied. The rental service office was located at the airport and a service employee met and escorted us. Documents issued quickly. Paid a Deposit and went to get the car. We were given a KIA Rio, which we booked on the site. The car was clean and in good technical condition. After 5 days, the car was returned here at the airport, the procedure is fast and hassle-free.

Awesome customer service. Everyone from the counter to the person walking to your car to the person letting you out, were cheerful, communicative and making that plain ol' human connection making you feel comfortable
We rented our car weeks in advance of our trip to PHX. When we got to the desk to get our car we were told there were no cars available for 2 hours. There must have been 4 families ahead of us that were told the same thing. No explanation as to why there were no cars even though we all had a reservation paid for in advance. The fellow at the desk was not helpful at all and told folks they could go look elsewhere for a rental if they wanted. Folks with small children were at their wits end. To travel to PHX expecting to get on your way and then be told nothing but wait for 2 hours to get a car is unacceptable service. Although the price was fair in todays situation, it should and could have been handled much better than it was. This was a Thrifty Car Rental at PHX airport May 20 till June 4. A partial refund would be the way to go for this situation. Felt we were in a Seinfeld episode where they can take your reservation, but don't have have a car for you.

Answer: They do not just delay. When something goes wrong, they never intend to make good ony any of their promises: they do not call or write back, they do not follow up, and sure as hell they do not pay you anything unless you force them to, and that (in my experience) can only be done via the courts. This company is rotten and everyone should stay away from them.
Answer: Economy Booking is based in Europe and is impossible to deal with. I would never use them again. I got my money back (the down payment taken off at the time of booking) by using better Business Bureau and going after the US rental company.
